Terms of Service

Unless clearly stated or otherwise discernible from the context of the surrounding text within any specific statement, sentence, paragraph or image which forms any part of the www.focusedtherapylondon.com Website, including these Terms of Service, as well as any additional information or Content owned by Jacky Sayers trading as Focused Therapy London™ available from, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London which can be found within or attached to any communication or notification; advertisement; marketing materials; and, any external website, the following words and phrases have the below defined meanings:


Additional Terms: any additions to and/or variations of the Terms of Service which have been agreed with the Appointment Owner in advance and which will be detailed within either the written communications between the Appointment Owner and Focused Therapy London at the time an Appointment Arrangement was put in place, or alternatively within any related Appointment Confirmation Email(s) under the heading Additional Terms.

Ad Hoc Availability: availability to receive an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis, as currently detailed on the Ad Hoc Availability page.

Ad Hoc Basis: not planned in advance to be provided except where requested by Clients or offered by Focused Therapy London; and only available where convenient for Focused Therapy London to provide on the relevant date rather than on a standard weekly basis.

Appointment: an appointment provided by and/or available to be provided by Focused Therapy London.

Appointment Arrangement: a pre-agreed arrangement between a Client and Focused Therapy London, that should a specific individual named by this Client make an Appointment Booking Request to schedule a Confirmed Appointment of a specified Appointment Length within a set timeframe within the future, that this Client agrees to be the Appointment Owner of the resulting Confirmed Appointment; and, responsible for the payment of its relevant Appointment Cost in addition to all other fundamental responsibilities in relation to it as the Appointment Owner, as detailed within the Appointment Arrangement (Gift Appointment) section below.

Appointment Balance: the remaining amount of any Appointment Cost that is due to be paid to Focused Therapy London in relation to any Confirmed Appointment, where the Appointment Deposit paid to Focused Therapy London was only a part payment of its Full Appointment Cost.

Appointment Booking Request: any request to schedule a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London, whether this request is made in relation to a newly requested Appointment; or, by a request being made to Reschedule either a previously Confirmed Appointment or already Requested Appointment either during or after a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is received by Focused Therapy London in relation to it, by providing or confirming the necessary original or newly updated Booking Information (as relevant) to Focused Therapy London in order for this request to commence being processed.

Appointment Confirmation Email: an email sent to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, confirming that a Requested Appointment has been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Appointment Cost: the relevant cost that applies to an Appointment, taking in to account any Special Offer or Special Arrangement that may apply to it and relevant Special Offer Terms or Special Arrangement Terms.

Appointment Costs: the relevant costs that applies to an individual Appointment, or numerous Appointments which form part of any Set or Special Arrangement, and which vary depending on which Treatment Location and/or Appointment Length the Appointment or Appointments are scheduled for; and, where applicable taking in to account the Terms of any relevant Special Offer or Special Arrangement that apply to the Appointment(s).

Appointment Date: a specific date that is requested within the Booking Information provided in relation to an Appointment Booking Request for a new or Rescheduled Appointment to be attended on; or, is later scheduled as the date of attendance for a Confirmed Appointment where requested or agreed to by the relevant Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee.

Appointment Deposit: a part (Treatment Room Cost only), or if preferred full payment, of the Appointment Cost of an Appointment that is requested to be put in place by any Client who has not previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, which is required to be paid for the first Appointment this Client requests to be scheduled via an Appointment Booking Request or in relation to any Appointment Arrangement for which they are the Appointment Owner; or, the required full payment of the Appointment Cost of any Appointment that is requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment by any Client who has any history of Overdue Payment and Focused Therapy London required full payment in advance on this basis. The relevant Appointment Deposit will be required to be paid by the Appointment Owner in advance of the Requested Appointment being scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment; or, any relevant Appointment Arrangement is put in place with Focused Therapy London in either of these circumstances.

Appointment Length: the specified length of Appointment that is requested as part of the Booking Information provided in relation to an Appointment Booking Request; the relevant length of Appointment or Appointments (as relevant) agreed to in relation to it or them in advance under an Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement; which is automatically set by default to be a 1 hour Appointment length should the Booker not provide the length of Appointment wanted within, and then additionally fail to confirm this information upon direct request in writing by Focused Therapy London in the initial personalised response to their, Appointment Booking Request; or, length of Appointment that is later scheduled of a Confirmed Appointment upon the agreement of either the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee (with any extension to the Appointment Length at their own cost, except where otherwise agreed to be paid by the Appointment Owner in writing).

Appointment Owner: refers to the individual who makes an Appointment Booking Request to Focused Therapy London to schedule a Confirmed Appointment, except where a specific individual has already agreed to be the Appointment Owner of the relevant Appointment or Appointments on their designated Attendee's behalf under either an Appointment Arrangement or under a Special Arrangement's associated Special Arrangement Terms, which in either of these circumstances will make that specific individual the Appointment Owner even if their designated Attendee makes the relevant Appointment Booking Request.

Appointments: more than one Appointment provided by and/or available to be provided by Focused Therapy London, and which may or may not form part of any Set or Special Arrangement.

Appointment Start Time: the available commencement time(s) notified to, or agreed to where offered by Focused Therapy London, by or on behalf of the Attending Client, in relation to an Appointment that has been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment; or, the specific scheduled Appointment Start Time that a Confirmed Appointment is currently scheduled to commence at.

Appointment Type: either an Introductory Appointment or a Single Appointment.

Attended Appointment: any Confirmed Appointment that was attended by the scheduled Attending Client and during which treatment by Focused Therapy London was offered (but turned down by this Attending Client for any reason) or provided to this Attending Client; and, did not result in a Missed Appointment for any reason as detailed within the for any duration length to be received and did not for any reason result in a Missed Appointment as detailed within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below; or, where any termination or temporary suspension of the Service occurred due to either any medical reasons and/or any conduct of an unacceptable manner having occurred, as detailed within the Legal Information section below.

Attendee: a named individual that the Appointment Owner designates as being the person who will be the Attending Client of a specific Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, by either notifying Focused Therapy London in advance when requesting to put an Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement in place, or alternatively at the time the relevant Appointment Booking Request is made requesting to schedule a Confirmed Appointment.

Attending Client: the individual who Focused Therapy London has been notified treatment is due to be provided to in advance of a Confirmed Appointment being scheduled. This individual will always be the Appointment Owner, unless Focused Therapy London has been notified by the Appointment Owner that their designated Attendee will be the one due to receive treatment during this specific Confirmed Appointment at the time the Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement is put in place; the relevant Appointment Booking Request was made to Focused Therapy London; or, where any change in this Attending Client is later agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London after the relevant Confirmed Appointment has been scheduled; or, Requested Appointment is already being processed.

Automatically Eligible: where Focused Therapy London does not need to confirm in advance that a specific individual is considered Eligible to apply for a Discount in relation to any Special Offer that is requested to be applied at the time the Appointment Booking Request is made in relation to it, as long as the relevant Eligibility details are provided to Focused Therapy London as part of the Booking Information (where not already known); and, the required Supporting Documentation is provided by the Attending Client in a timely manner as details under the relevant Special Offer Terms.

Booker: the individual who is making, or has already made, an Appointment Booking Request to Focused Therapy London, asking to schedule an Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment based on the associated Booking Information provided.

Booking Information: all information provided within an Appointment Booking Request made by the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant the Appointment Owner's Attendee where an Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement (which allows a designated Attendee) has already been put in place, in relation to the Confirmed Appointment that is requested to be scheduled with Focused Therapy London. Booking Information is additional extended to include any updated valid Booking Information that is later provided or agreed to by either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee in order to facilitate the scheduling or Rescheduling of a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment. Where any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement applies to an Appointment due to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, some of the relevant Booking Information, including but not limited to the Attending Client's first name and surname, the Treatment Location and/or the Appointment Length, will often already have been received by Focused Therapy London in advance from the Appointment Owner and will additionally be considered Booking Information in relation to the Confirmed Appointment that is being requested to be scheduled.

Booking Information Reliability Period: the minimum 24 hour period of time after any Appointment Booking Request is made to Focused Therapy London; and, from the time any original Booking Information or updated Booking Information is provided by or agreed to by, or on the behalf of (where either received from the Appointment Owner or their designated Attendee), the relevant Booker in order to accommodate the scheduling of a Confirmed Appointment where it was not available to be scheduled as initially requested or where a Confirmed Appointment is requested to be Rescheduled, during which the most up to date valid Booking Information which has been received is able to be relied upon by Focused Therapy London as detailed under the relevant heading within the Appointment Booking section below in all circumstances, until such time as a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is successfully received by Focused Therapy London in relation to it.

Booking Information Reliability Period(s): applies to any one or more Booking Information Reliability Period, as well as any one or more Extension, that applies in relation to any Requested Appointment, whether only one Booking Information Reliability Period (including any one or more agreed to Extension) ultimately applied after the relevant Appointment Booking Request was originally made; or, more than one Booking Information Reliability Period (including any one or more agreed to Extension) applied where updated Booking Information was later provided or agreed to in writing by, or on the behalf of, the Booker of the Requested Appointment in order to accommodate the scheduling of it as a Confirmed Appointment under any circumstances that it was not able to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment based on the original, or where relevant most up to date valid, Booking Information that was provided in relation to the Requested Appointment; or, the Requested Appointment was requested to be Rescheduled at any time either before or after its associated Confirmed Appointment has been scheduled.

Bot: software program that can execute commands; reply to messages; or, perform routine tasks, as online searches, either automatically or with minimal human intervention.

Cancel: the decision or need to notify Focused Therapy London that a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment will not be able to be attended by the Attending Client as currently scheduled or pre-scheduled, both in order prevent a Late Notification becoming due to be paid to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner where it is not Cancelled in advance of its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period where this is still currently avoidable; and, as a courtesy to inform Focused Therapy London it will not be attended.

Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification: a written notification successfully received by Focused Therapy London from either the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, in relation to the Cancelling or Rescheduling of a Confirmed Appointment or a Requested Appointment in accordance with the Standard Terms as detailed within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below; and, as summarised in part on the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy Summary page, or under any other Terms which make additions to and/or variations of the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy where these additionally apply to the relevant Appointment.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period: the deadline by which any Confirmed Appointment and any relevant Requested Appointment is required to be Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled by in advance of the Confirmed Appointment's scheduled Appointment Start Time; or, the Requested Appointment's earliest requested Appointment Start Time, by either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their Attendee in order to prevent the Appointment Owner becoming due to make payment of the relevant Late Notification Cost to Focused Therapy London in relation to the Cancellation or request to Reschedule this Appointment, as detailed within both the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below; and, as summarised in part on the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy Summary page, or under any other Terms which make additions to and/or variations of the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy where these additionally apply to the relevant Appointment.

Cancelled: a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, that due to a successful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification having been received by Focused Therapy London, from either its Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, has now been removed from Focused Therapy London's Appointment schedule and is no longer able to be attended as previously scheduled or pre-scheduled, regardless of whether this resulted in a Late Notification Cost becoming due from the Appointment Owner or not in relation to this Appointment. Any Appointment that is requested to be Rescheduled is also additionally cancelled from its previously scheduled or pre-scheduled Appointment slot in Focused Therapy London's Appointment schedule, automatically freeing up the previously requested Appointment slot for availability by other Clients.

Cash: a cash payment which is required to be paid to Focused Therapy London in UK pounds sterling (£/GBP) only.

Central London Clinic: the Clinic as currently detailed on the Central London Clinic page. Where any change in Clinic details is due to occur from a specific date, this will be notified as detailed under the heading Treatment Locations within the Treatment Locations section below.

Client: any client of Focused Therapy London, whether a former client; a potential client; a New Client; a Current Client; an Appointment Owner; the designated Attendee notified to Focused Therapy by an Appointment Owner; and, the scheduled or pre-scheduled Attending Client of any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, but does not include any potential New Client whose name has only been provided to Focused Therapy London by any Current Client, until such time as this individual automatically become the Appointment Owner of any Requested Appointment by making an Appointment Booking Request; is notified as being the designated Attendee of any Appointment requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment within the Appointment Booking Request made by an Appointment Owner; or, is the planned Attending Client of any Appointment or Appointments which are due to be put in place under any Appointment Arrangement (which does not automatically expire) or Special Arrangement agreed to by Focused Therapy London.

Clinic: a specific clinic where Clients are currently able to requested to schedule a Confirmed Appointment at, and additionally extended to include any clinic Focused Therapy London clearly states within any written information or communication that the clinic being referred to is currently being considered or has already been confirmed as a new or replacement clinic where Appointments may or will be able to be requested at in the near future. Where used in relation to a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, the use of the defined term Clinic will usually refer to the specific clinic where this Appointment has been requested to be, or has already been, scheduled to be attended, except where clearly stated otherwise by Focused Therapy London to the relevant Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee.

Clinics: all Clinic Treatment Locations where Clients are currently able to request to schedule a Confirmed Appointment, as currently detailed via links found on the Locations page.

Confirmed Appointment: an Appointment that has already been scheduled with Focused Therapy London to be attended on at a set Appointment Date and Appointment Start Time; for a set Appointment Length; and, at a set Treatment Location, on the direct request and/or agreement of either its relevant Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee.

Confirmed Appointment Notification: a short written notification sent by, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London to the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their Attendee to advise them that a Requested Appointment has been scheduled with Focused Therapy London as a Confirmed Appointment, either in advance of the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email later being sent by Focused Therapy London when time permits; sent to the Appointment Owner to notify them a Confirmed Appointment has been put in place for their designated Attendee; or, where for any reasonable reason Focused Therapy London does not have sufficient time or accidentally forgets to send an Appointment Confirmation Email between the time the Requested Appointment is scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment and its scheduled Appointment Start Time. Under the last of these circumstances, this Confirmed Appointment notification acts in the place of an Appointment Confirmation Email based on the most up to date valid Booking Information provided and/or ultimately agreed to between the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, and Focused Therapy London in relation to the Requested Appointment in advance of the Confirmed Appointment being scheduled and the relevant Confirmed Appointment notification being sent by Focused Therapy London.

Contact Details: the contact details of any individual who uses; requests to use; has already been scheduled to receive; or, whose details have already been provided to Focused Therapy London on their behalf by another individual, in relation to any of the Services provided by Focused Therapy London, and which may include, but is not limited to, the relevant individual's first name and surname; their email addresses; their mobile phone number(s); their WhatsApp account mobile phone number; their landline number(s); and, any one or more address which is either currently held by; previously held by; or, is notified as a replacement for any of those previously provided to, Focused Therapy London in relation to any previous, current or future planned use of the Services, except where the use of this defined term clearly relates to any of Focused Therapy London's contact details instead.

Content: all content that is original and that forms any part of the Website; is accessible on, or via, any other website; is available and/or viewable in any electronic (including as an attachment) and/or any hard copy format from, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London, which has been created by or on behalf of; and, is either owned by, or licensed to, Focused Therapy London.

Credit: money already received from an Appointment Owner; or, in specific circumstances from their designated Attendee who is not also an Appointment Owner, which is currently being held by Focused Therapy London for a limited time period with the intention of it being used as either full or part payment of any one or more Appointment that this individual is planning to schedule or Reschedule in the near future, as detailed and in accordance with the details found within the Credit section below; or, should a Refund be unable to be provided to them as detailed within the Refund section below.

Current Client: an individual has who has either already received treatment during a Confirmed Appointment scheduled with Focused Therapy London; who has already paid for any Appointment Deposit, Full Appointment Cost or Late Notification Cost in relation to an Appointment with Focused Therapy London; or, who was previously requested or already scheduled to receive an Introductory Appointment with Focused Therapy London as the Attending Client (except where this or any other Introductory Appointment scheduled for this Attending Client was not attended under any circumstances where the Confirmed Appointment was Cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of its scheduled Appointment Start Time, and where any Late Notification Cost due to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner was received by Focused Therapy London in relation to it).

Discount: deduction from the relevant Appointment Cost of a Single Appointment charged at Focused Therapy London's current Standard Prices.

Discounted: deduction already applied against the relevant Appointment Cost of a Single Appointment charged at Focused Therapy London's current Standard Prices.

Eligibility: being suitably Eligible in relation to any relevant Special Offer where eligibility is required in order to be able to apply for this Special Offer's Discounted Appointment Cost.

Eligible: satisfying the appropriate conditions in order to be able to apply for a Discount against any relevant Special Offer where having the appropriate Eligibility to do so is required in accordance with the Special Offers associated Special Offer Terms.

Extension: a specific extension to any Booking Information Reliability Period, that has been set by; or, agreed to where suggest or requested by Focused Therapy London, in writing by the Booker; or, on their behalf by either from the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, of any specific Requested Appointment where for any reason Focused Therapy London notifies the relevant individual that the Booking Information Reliability Period is expected to expire; or, has already automatically expired, before it is or has been possible for Focused Therapy London to confirm whether the relevant Appointment already has; or, will be able to be scheduled, as a Confirmed Appointment based on the most up to date valid Booking Information provided in relation to it. During any extension of the Booking Information Reliability Period agreed to by the relevant individual in these circumstances, this Appointment will be treated in the same way as if it is still under the same Booking Information Reliability Period that has been extended, allowing Focused Therapy London additional agreed to time to continue the processing of the Requested Appointment, whilst continuing to be able to rely upon the most up to date valid Booking Information provided in relation to it, until such time as any Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification in relation to this Requested Appointment is received by Focused Therapy London (where applicable).

Focused Therapy London: Jacky Sayers trading as Focused Therapy London™

Full Appointment Balance: the remaining amount of the Full Appointment Cost of any individual Appointment after any amount of the Appointment Deposit which has already has already been received by Focused Therapy London from, or on behalf of, the Appointment Owner in relation to this specific Appointment has been removed. Where any Special Offer is applied to a Confirmed Appointment and the Attending Client is available to or
receive or receives treatment during this Appointment, but any associated sufficient Supporting Documentation was ultimately not shown to Focused Therapy London in a timely fashion as detailed within the applied Special Offer's relevant Special Offer Terms, this relevant Discount that was available under this Special Offer will not be included and this defined term will always refer to the Appointment Cost, minus the relevant Appointment Deposit that has been received by Focused Therapy London in relation to this Appointment, that is available to the relevant Appointment when charged at Standard Prices, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Focused Therapy London after this specific Appointment occurred.

Full Appointment Cost: the full Appointment Cost of any individual Confirmed Appointment. Where any Special Offer is applied to a Confirmed Appointment and the Attending Client is available to receive or receives treatment during this Appointment, but any associated sufficient Supporting Documentation was ultimately not shown to Focused Therapy London in a timely fashion as detailed within the applied Special Offer's relevant Special Offer Terms, the relevant Discount that was available under this Special Offer will not be included and this phrase will always refer to the Appointment Cost that is available to the relevant Appointment when charged at Standard Prices, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Focused Therapy London after this specific Appointment occurred.

I: Jacky Sayers trading as Focused Therapy London™, except where this defined terms is used within reviews provided by Clients, such as that shown on the Reviews page; where listed within any of the Website contact forms under which circumstances use of this word will apply to the submitter of the relevant contact form; and, under any other similar circumstances where it is clear from the context and/or nature of the surrounding text that this defined term is or has been use to refer to any other individual other than Jacky Sayers.

Introductory Appointment: the standard Appointment for attendance by any New Client to Focused Therapy London for their first Confirmed Appointment, as long as they have not already been scheduled to receive an Introductory Appointment previously and this either resulted in an Attended Appointment; a Missed Appointment; or, this Confirmed Appointment was Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled after its Full Appointment Cost had already become due for payment by the Appointment Owner to Focused Therapy London in accordance with the relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy Terms that applied to this Appointment.

Introductory Appointment Cost: The Appointment Cost relating to a specific Introductory Appointment, based on its requested or already scheduled Appointment Length and Treatment Location.

Introductory Appointment Costs: the Appointment Costs relating to numerous Introductory Appointments when charged at Standard Prices, with each of the relevant Appointment Costs being dependant on the requested or already scheduled Appointment Length and Treatment Location chosen, and which will always be as currently detailed on the Introductory Appointment page at the time its relevant Appointment Booking Request was made.

Latest Availability: includes details of any one or more current advertised Ad Hoc Availability days where Focused Therapy London will often be available to provide Appointments on an Ad Hoc Basis within the next four weeks at either one or more specific Clinic only (as relevant at current time); and, any pre-planned Holiday and Away Days dates that Focused Therapy London is already aware of within the next four week where Appointments will be unable to be provided, as detailed under the Latest Availability section on the Home page, for all visitors to the Website's advanced awareness.

Late Notification Cost: refers to either the Treatment Room Cost or the Full Appointment Cost that is required to be paid to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner (where not already received by Focused Therapy London); and, which depending on when a successful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is received by Focused Therapy London from either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, where any request to Cancel or Reschedule a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment is received after its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline.

Location: a specific location where Appointment's are currently available to be received from Focused Therapy London; or, where this defined term refers to an applied to either a Confirmed Appointment or a Requested Appointment, will refer to the specific location the relevant Attending Client is either scheduled or pre-scheduled to receive treatment at during this Appointment.

Locations: all locations where Clients are currently able to request to schedule a Confirmed Appointment at, as currently detailed via links found on the Locations page.

Me, including me: Jacky Sayers trading as Focused Therapy London™, except where clearly stated or otherwise discernible from the context of the surrounding text within any specific statement, sentence or paragraph, such as within any Client Reviews; or, where listed within the acceptance confirmation section of any Contact Forms provided on the Website, under which circumstances this defined term will apply to the submitter of the relevant review and/or contact form.

Medical Consent: medical consent to attend an Appointment, and/or receive treatment during an Appointment, with Focused Therapy London received from a suitably qualified diagnostic general practitioner and/or medical doctor.

Missed Appointment: a Confirmed Appointment during which treatment was not provided by Focused Therapy London for any of the reasons detailed under the heading Missed Appointment within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below.

Monthly Set: a Set of six individual Single Appointments which are able to benefit from a 10% Total Discount off their combined Appointments Costs, with the Total Discount available to be applied on direct request to the sixth Appointment within the Monthly Set only, where all of the Appointments occur within a six consecutive month period.

Monthly Set Appointment Cost: the Appointment Cost relating to a specific Monthly Set of six individual Single Appointments where all six Appointments within the Monthly Set are scheduled for the same Appointment Length and Treatment Location.

Monthly Set Appointment Costs: the currently available Appointment Costs relating to a Monthly Set of six individual Single Appointments, with the relevant Appointment Costs being dependant on the Appointment Length and Treatment Location chosen and also subject to change in accordance with the relevant Standard Terms detailed for a Monthly Set within the Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section below.

Monthly Set Appointment Cost(s): refers to both the Monthly Set Appointment Cost and the Monthly Set Appointment Costs.

Myself, including myself: Jacky Sayers trading as Focused Therapy London™, except where clearly stated or otherwise discernible from the context of the surrounding text within any specific statement, sentence or paragraph, such as within any Client Reviews; or, where listed within the acceptance confirmation section of any Contact Forms provided on the Website, under which circumstances this defined term will apply to the submitter of the relevant review and/or contact form.

New Client: any Client who has not previously been and remained as the Attending Client of an Introductory Appointment scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, which either resulted in a Missed Appointment; an Attended Appointment; or, the termination or temporary suspension of the Services (as detailed under the Legal Information section below) due to this Confirmed Appointment not being successfully Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled for any reason sufficiently in advance of its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline to prevent the Appointment Owner being responsible for payment of the Full Appointment Cost, whether as a Late Notification Cost or not, in accordance with the Terms of the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy that applied at the time it was due to be attended, at any time since Jacky Sayers first started providing Appointments under the trading name Focused Therapy London™ in the summer of 2017.

North London Clinic: the Clinic as currently detailed on the North London Clinic page. Where any change in Clinic details is due to occur from a specific date, this will be notified as detailed under the heading Treatment Locations within the Treatment Locations section below.

Outstanding Matters: any outstanding matters that are still in existence between an individual Client and Focused Therapy London in relation to the Services, and as such remain incomplete, unpaid or unresolved between this individual Client and Focused Therapy London until fully completed, paid and/or resolved.

Overdue Payment: any Treatment Room Cost; Full Appointment Cost; Full Appointment Balance; or, additional Treatment Room Cost and/or additional cost due in relation to the requested and/or agreed to Rescheduling and/or extending of a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, in whole or in part, that has not been received from the Appointment Owner; or, or where relevant their designated Attendee on behalf of either themself or the Appointment Owner, where this payment remains due to Focused Therapy London in relation to any one or more Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, in accordance with the Standard Terms detailed within the Overdue Payment section below; or, which may additionally apply under any additions to/and or variations of these Standard Terms where detailed under any relevant Special Offer Terms or Special Arrangement Terms that apply to the relevant Appointment or Appointments.

Overdue Payment Interest: interest that is available to be charged by Focused Therapy London in relation to any Overdue Payment in accordance with the Standard Terms detailed under the heading Overdue Payment Interest within the Overdue Payment section below.

Policies: Focused Therapy London's Privacy Policy; Cookies Policy; and, Covid-19 Policy (until such times as this Covid-19 Policy is no longer considered legally and/or medically required, at which time this page will be removed from the Website).

Pre-Agreed Eligibility: where Focused Therapy London is required to be contacted in advance to confirm that a specific individual is considered Eligible to apply for a Discount in relation to a Special Offer, and confirmed this individual's Eligibility in writing, in advance of any the relevant Special Offer being requested to be applied at the time the Appointment Booking Request is made in relation to it; and, this specific individual is being requested to be scheduled at the Attending Client, with any required Supporting Documentation that applies is still required to be provided in order for the relevant Discount to be available to be applied in accordance with the relevant Special Offer Terms.

Proof of Payment: either a printed receipt; or, a scan where provided electronically, composed of one or more photographs or screenshots, from the payers online bank or other payment provided (non UK bank account holders only), detailed under the heading Proof of Payment within the Payment section below.

Refund: money already received from an Appointment Owner; or, in specific circumstances from their designated Attendee who is not also an Appointment Owner, which is available to be Refunded to the relevant Client, as details and in accordance with the details found within the Refund section below.

Regular Set: a Set of six individual Single Appointments which are able to benefit from a 15% Total Discount off their combined Appointments Costs, with the Total Discount available to be applied on direct request to the sixth Appointment within the Regular Set only, where all of the Appointments occur within a three consecutive month period.

Regular Set Appointment Cost: the Appointment Cost relating to a specific Regular Set of six individual Single Appointments where all six Appointments within the Regular Set are scheduled for the same Appointment Length and Treatment Location.

Regular Set Appointment Costs: the currently available Appointment Costs relating to a Regular Set of six individual Single Appointments, with the relevant Appointment Costs being dependant on the Appointment Length and Treatment Location chosen and also subject to change in accordance with the relevant Standard Terms detailed for a Regular Set within the Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section below.

Regular Set Appointment Cost(s): refers to both the Regular Set Appointment Cost and the Regular Set Appointment Costs.

Requested Appointment: an Appointment that has already been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London, but which is not as yet able to be notified to the relevant Booker by Focused Therapy London as having been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment; and, which is treated as a pre-scheduled Confirmed Appointment while all arrangements are attempted to be put in place in relation to it by Focused Therapy London (including the booking and confirmation of the relevant Clinic treatment room with the relevant Clinic) requiring it to be Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below whilst either any Booking Information Reliability Period and/or any associated Extension still applies in relation to it; or, under any circumstances where the relevant Booker has already been notified in writing by Focused Therapy London that it was not possible to schedule this requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment based on the relevant Booking Information that was previously provided in relation to it, but since this notification was provided by Focused Therapy London, the relevant Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, has since provided or agreed to in writing any further updated Booking Information in relation to this specific Appointment, automatically reverting it back to being a requested Appointment whilst the relevant new or any future Booking Information Reliability Period and/or any associated Extension then apply in relation to it, as detailed below under the heading Booking Information Reliability Period within the Appointment Booking section below.

Reschedule: the decision or need to notify Focused Therapy London that a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment will not be able to be attended by the Attending Client as currently scheduled or pre-scheduled in order prevent a Late Notification becoming due to be paid to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner where it is not Cancelled in advance of its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period where this is still currently avoidable; and, as a both as a courtesy to inform Focused Therapy London it will not be attended. Any request to Reschedule either a Confirmed Appointment or a Requested Appointment additionally notifies Focused Therapy London that this Appointment remains wanted, but is required to be Rescheduled either immediately or at a later time or date, to a new Appointment Date and/or Appointment Start Time where this option remains possible.

Rescheduled: where a previously scheduled Confirmed Appointment or pre-scheduled Requested Appointment is Cancelled and then successfully rescheduled to be attended as a Confirmed Appointment on a different Appointment Date and/or Appointment Start Time than that previously requested in earlier provided or agreed to valid Booking Information received by Focused Therapy London in relation to it before the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was received. The availability for a previously Confirmed Appointment being able to be rescheduled, rather than an entirely new Confirmed Appointment being put in place where wanted, always depends on if and/or when a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was received by Focused Therapy London in relation to the previously scheduled Confirmed Appointment or pre-scheduled Requested Appointment as detailed within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below, and that where any Late Notification Cost has already become due to Focused Therapy London in relation to this Appointment by, or on behalf, the Appointment Owner this is only for the Treatment Room Cost rather than the Full Appointment Cost; and, that this Late Notification Cost is paid to Focused Therapy London in these circumstances before any request to Reschedule this Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment is available to be processed. Any Appointment that is requested to be rescheduled is also additionally Cancelled from its previously scheduled or pre-scheduled Appointment slot in Focused Therapy London's Appointment schedule, automatically freeing up the previously scheduled or pre-scheduled Appointment slot in Focused Therapy London's Appointment schedule, unless any circumstances under which this should not occur are clearly stated within the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification; and, these circumstances do not apply; or, are unable to be applied.

Services: all of the services currently available from Focused Therapy London as detailed under the Services available from Focused Therapy London section below.

Set: either a singular Regular Set or Monthly Set of six Single Appointments, unless clearly stated otherwise in writing by Focused Therapy London in which case this defined term may refer to a personally tailored set of Appointments as details under any Special Arrangement Terms associated with a specific Special Arrangement put in place by Focused Therapy London at the request or agreement of a specific Appointment Owner.

Sets: either more than one of the same Set type; or, a combination of more than one Set of a different type.

Single Appointment: the standard Appointment for attendance by any Current Client of Focused Therapy London for any Confirmed Appointment where they have already been scheduled to receive an Introductory Appointment previously and this either resulted in an Attended Appointment; a Missed Appointment; or, this Confirmed Appointment was Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled after its Full Appointment Cost had already become due for payment by the Appointment Owner to Focused Therapy London in accordance with the relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy Terms that applied to this Appointment.

Single Appointment Cost: the Appointment Cost relating to a specific Single Appointment, The Appointment Cost relating to a specific Introductory Appointment, based on its requested or already scheduled Appointment Length and Treatment Location.

Single Appointment Costs: the Appointment Costs relating to numerous Single Appointments when charged at Standard Prices, with each of the relevant Appointment Costs being dependant on the requested or already scheduled Appointment Length and Treatment Location chosen, and which will always be as currently detailed on the Single Appointment page at the time its relevant Appointment Booking Request was made.

Special Arrangement: a personally tailored special arrangement discussed and agreed to between a specific Appointment Owner and Focused Therapy London; confirmed in writing thereafter to this Appointment Owner by Focused Therapy London in relation to any one or more Appointments, a Set or numerous Sets; and, which is not in any way guaranteed to be available to any other Appointment Owner, or to the same Appointment Owner again in the future, once this special arrangement has either been completed; lapsed; or, expired as detailed within the Special Arrangement section below; or, from the time a termination or temporary suspension of the Services to the Appointment Owner, or where relevant the scheduled Attending Client or anyone else accompanying this Attending Client during any one or more Appointments scheduled under this Special Arrangement occurs for any reasonable reason, including those detailed under the Legal Information section below.

Special Arrangement Terms: Terms confirmed in writing by Focused Therapy London that make additions to/and or variations of the Standard Terms found within the Terms of Service, which have been agreed to in advance between the Appointment Owner and Focused Therapy London in relation to any individual Special Arrangement put in place between them and will apply to any one or more Appointments; Set; or, Sets this Special Arrangement applies to.

Special Offer: a specific special offer that is currently available from Focused Therapy London, or remains available to be applied to any Appointment for a specific period after its removal from the Website where this option was detailed within its associated Special Offer Terms, except where this defined terms is used to refer to any special offer that is no longer available from Focused Therapy London; or, alternatively in relation to a new, revised or reinstated special offer which is soon to become generally available from Focused Therapy London but is not as yet currently advertised as being available to be applied, except under any circumstances where it is mentioned in advance to a specific client and its early use is directly offered by Focused Therapy London on a voluntary basis only.

Special Offers: refers to any one or more Special Offers that are currently advertised on the Website under the Special Offers page, except where this phrase is used to include any one or more special offers that are no longer available from Focused Therapy London and/or any one or more new, revised or reinstated special offers which are soon to become generally available from Focused Therapy London but are not as yet currently advertised as being available to be applied.

Special Offer Terms: Terms that apply to a specific Special Offer that make additions to/and or variations to the Standard Terms detailed within the Terms of Service; and, which are either detailed on the specific Special Offer page found under the Special Offers page or where this Special Offer has already been removed from the Website, but the Special Offer is still available to be applied for a temporary time period thereafter, will remain available to be provided in PDF format upon written request made to Focused Therapy London until such time as this specific Special Offer is no longer available to be applied.

Standard Communication Method: refers to the use of email by Focused Therapy London as the primary standard communication method in relation to the majority of the Services provided, and the method that is always used to provide Appointment Confirmation Emails; notifications of updates to the Terms of Service; to undertake pre-Appointment Covid Screenings where these are not considered necessary to be undertaken via phone call (until such time as they are no longer considered legally and/or medically necessary to be undertaken); to provide automatic email responses to confirm receipt of submitted contact forms via the Website and emails sent to Focused Therapy London's Data Controller; Newsletters and the majority of Practice Offers to Clients and/or Mailing List subscribers; responses in relating to any Query to confirm the date and time of any requested pre-scheduled phone call, or where a pre-scheduled phone call is requested but either the call is then not answered, the phone number provided is incorrect or unavailable, or the phone number provided is not a UK mobile or UK landline number charged at standard rate. Focused Therapy London also uses a secondary standard communication methods via the use of an activated popup notification, Last Updated date amendment under the heading of any of Focused Therapy London's Policies and/or the addition of a Change Log accordion which displays a log of changes that have occurred in relation to the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Covid-19 Policy (until such times as this Covid-19 Policy is no longer considered legally and/or medically required, at which time this page will be removed from the Website) for the awareness of Clients, Mailing List Subscribers and visitors to the Website where notification via one or more of these methods is considered appropriate notification to ensure the relevant individual remains fully informed in relation to any changes to their agreement with Focused Therapy London but doing so.

Standard Method: the standard method used to Focused Therapy London to undertake a specific process or action.

Standard Prices: the standard prices that Focused Therapy London charges for any individual Appointment (including the sixth Appointment of any Set here a Discount is requested to be applied in relation to it) where no change in Appointment Cost has been made due to it by the application of any Special Offer; Special Arrangement; or, any other available Discount offered by Focused Therapy London, except where varied due to a mixture of Treatment Location and/or Appointment Length occurring within any Appointments forming part of the same Set, as currently advertised on the Website.

Standard Terms: all of the terms detailed within these Terms of Services.

Supporting Documentation: documentation that is required to be shown to Focused Therapy London in a timely fashion in order to confirm that a specific individual is Eligible to receive a Discount against one or more Appointments under any Special Offer, where this supporting documentation is required in order for the relevant Discount to be applied and then received in relation to any one or more Appointment, under the Special Offer's associated Special Offer Terms.

Terms: all of the Standard Terms detailed within the Terms of Services and extended to include the Special Offer Terms which apply to any individual Special Offer currently or previously (where still available to be attended for a limited period after the Special Offer's removal from the Website) available; the Special Arrangement Terms that apply to any personally tailored Special Arrangement confirmed in writing by Focused Therapy London to a specific Client; the Additional Terms that apply to any Appointment Arrangement confirmed in writing by Focused Therapy London, where any of these are either automatically applied (only where relevant) or requested to be applied to any Appointment at the time of making the Appointment Booking Request, or are ultimately applied to any Confirmed Appointment upon the request of, and/or due to being offered by Focused Therapy London and agreed to by, either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee.

Total Discount: the Discount from the Appointment Cost available at Standard Prices, which can be requested to be applied to the sixth Single Appointment forming part of any Regular Set or Monthly Set; and, which is based on the Discount available from the combined cost at Standard Prices of all six of the Set's Single Appointments, as detailed within the Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section below.

Treatment Location: a specific Clinic location where Appointment's are currently available to be received from Focused Therapy London; or, where this defined term refers to an applied to either a Confirmed Appointment or a Requested Appointment, will refer to the specific clinic location the relevant Attending Client is either scheduled or pre-scheduled to receive treatment at during this Appointment.

Treatment Locations: all Clinic locations where Clients are currently able to request to schedule a Confirmed Appointment at, as currently detailed via links found on the Locations page.

Treatment Room Cost: the treatment room cost Focused Therapy London charges to Clients, detailed under the heading Treatment Room Cost within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below; and, which forms part of the Appointment Cost of any Appointment as a standard for any Appointment that is requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, where it is not Cancelled in advance of its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline; and, where an Appointment Deposit is required to be received by Focused Therapy London from, or on the behalf of, the Appointment Owner before a Rescheduled Appointment is able to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment. This treatment room cost is based on the standard prices charged by the relevant Clinic or Clinics (where their individual treatment room booking charges do not vary significantly), for the use of one of their body therapy treatment rooms where booked by Focused Therapy London on an ad hoc basis only, should this treatment room booking not be cancelled by Focused Therapy London with sufficient advanced notice in accordance with the relevant Clinic's own treatment room booking cancellation policy; and, are based on the Appointment Length that is wanted for the Appointment is that notified to Focused Therapy London by either the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, for the Appointment that already has, or has been notified in advance as wanting to be, scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification: any Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification which is not considered to have been received by Focused Therapy London due to any of the circumstances detailed under the heading Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below.

Website: the www.focusedtheapylondon.com website, including its Home page; all of the pages shown in its navigation bar; and, all of its associated subpages which are currently published by Focused Therapy London for viewing purposes by visitors to this website.

Focused Therapy London's standard availability to provide Appointments, whether on a weekly basis or any frequent Ad Hoc Basis, will always be as currently advertised within the Appointment Availability section on the Home page of the Website.

Availability to receive an Appointment with Focused Therapy London falls in to two different categories, as detailed under the following headings:

• Appointments available at one Clinic only on a given day each week ('fixed Clinic day')
• Ad Hoc Availability

 

Appointments available at one Clinic only on a given day each week ('fixed Clinic day')

These fixed Clinic days are provided by Focused Therapy London to offer some consistency to Clients in when they can expect Appointments to be available for attendance on a given day at the specified Clinic only on a weekly basis. Focused Therapy London endeavours not to change fixed Clinic days more than is considered necessary to suit consistent changes which occur in Clients attendance preferences or patterns; in order to offer better Services; based on Focused Therapy London's availability to provide Appointments; or, where considered necessary due to changes in treatment room availability at one or more of the Clinics.

Where any Confirmed Appointment has already been scheduled on a fixed Clinic day in advance of a change in Appointment availability occurring which affects it, Focused Therapy London will always make best efforts to ensure this Confirmed Appointment remains able to be attended as currently scheduled. Where this option is not possible for any reason, the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee will promptly be notified that the Confirmed Appointment has been required to be cancelled by Focused Therapy London, with an apology and the offer for this Appointment to be able to be rescheduled, if wanted, based on any updated Appointment availability details that currently apply.
 

Ad Hoc Availability

Full details of current availability to receive an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis will usually only be notified to Clients by information being updated under the heading Availability for an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis section of the Ad Hoc Availability page.

Ad Hoc Availability may be withdrawn by Focused Therapy London at any time; and, the details of any day or days, dates, times, Treatment Location or Treatment Locations and circumstances under which an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis is currently being offered, or may otherwise be considered, are available to be changed immediately and without any prior notification by Focused Therapy London.

Where any Confirmed Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis has already been scheduled in advance of a change in Ad Hoc Availability occurring which affects it, Focused Therapy London will always make best efforts to ensure this Confirmed Appointment remains able to be attended as currently scheduled. Where this option is not possible for any reason, the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee will be promptly notified that the Confirmed Appointment has been required to be cancelled by Focused Therapy London, with an apology and the offer for this Appointment to be able to be rescheduled, if wanted, based on any updated Appointment availability details that currently apply.

The following additional Standard Terms specifically to any Appointment scheduled on an Ad Hoc Basis, rather than on any currently available fixed Clinic day:

• Where any specific day is currently being offered on a reasonably frequent, but not weekly, basis for an extended period by Focused Therapy London, this day will be listed under the heading Appointment Availability on the Home page as available on an Ad Hoc Basis for Clients awareness. Where this circumstance occurs, any request to schedule an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis on this day at the relevant Clinic, or one of the Clinics where more than one Treatment Location is available, will be able to be made via the Appointment Booking Request form
• Where Focused Therapy London is already aware that an Appointment currently offered on an Ad Hoc Basis will be unavailable on any date within the next four weeks, this date will be listed as unavailable under the heading Ad Hoc Availability within the the Latest Availability section of the Website's Home page for your advanced awareness
• Where an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis is currently offered at either of the Clinics on the same day, rather than just at one specific Clinic, within the Availability for an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis section above, and due to a Confirmed Appointment that has already been scheduled at one Clinic meaning it will not be possible for Focused Therapy London to travel between the Clinics on any specific date, the relevant date and Clinic where treatment is able to be received on that specific day will be listed under the Ad Hoc Availability heading within the Latest Availability section of the Website's Home page for your advanced awareness
• Where any Appointment is available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment on any specific day which is currently being offered under the heading Availability for an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis on the Ad Hoc Availability page, it is still available to benefit from any Special Offers currently available from Focused Therapy London, except where this option is limited by the relevant Special Offer Terms of any Special Offer that has been requested be applied to it
• Where any Single Appointment is available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment on any specific day which is currently being offered under the heading Availability for an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis on the Ad Hoc Availability page, it is still available to form part of either a Regular Set or a Monthly Set of six individual Appointments in the usual way
• Where any Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis is directly requested to be attended as a Confirmed Appointment on any non fixed Clinic day that is also not currently offered by Focused Therapy London under the heading Availability for an Appointment on an Ad Hoc Basis on the Ad Hoc Availability page, it will only be available at Standard Prices, preventing it from being able to have any Special Offers applied to it; and, will not be able to form part of any Set, except where this is specifically agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London in advance of the Requested Appointment being scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment

Any Locations where Focused Therapy London's is availability to provide Appointments are subject to change at any time where this is considered reasonable or necessary by Focused Therapy London for any reason; or, where due to any change which may occur to either of the Clinics that reasonably result in Focused Therapy London either no longer be able or willing to work from this specific Treatment Location going forward.

Any Locations where Clients are able to attend an Appointment with Focused Therapy London will always be as currently detailed under the Locations page.

Where any foreseen change in relation to a specific Clinic is due to occur in the future by a specific date, this change will be notified in advance by a clear notification directly under the main heading on the relevant Clinic page for Client's advanced awareness, with additional details added in relation to any change to this Clinic that are planned from this date, or may have already been arranged where a new Clinic has already been confirmed to replace the current one in use; or, where a Clinic in a specific area of London has not been replaced, will instead be notified on the main Locations page, with any other pertinent details about this change added for your awareness.

Where any Confirmed Appointment that has already been scheduled in advance of a change or discontinuation in Clinic occurring, which will be affected by this change, Focused Therapy London will always make best efforts to ensure this Confirmed Appointment remains able to be attended at the previously confirmed Clinic where this is considered possible and recommended. Where this option is not possible or advisable for any reason, the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee will be promptly notified that the Confirmed Appointment has been required to be Cancelled by Focused Therapy London, with an apology and the offer for it to be able to be Rescheduled, if wanted, at any updated Treatment Location or Treatment Locations that currently apply and may be considered acceptable to the Attending Client.

The following standard Appointment options are currently available from Focused Therapy London:

• Introductory Appointment
• Single Appointment
• Regular Set
• Monthly Set

 

Introductory Appointment

The following Standard Terms apply to any Introductory Appointment:

• An Introductory Appointment is only available to be attended by a New Client to Focused Therapy London for their first Confirmed Appointment
• Each New Client can only be scheduled to receive one Introductory Appointment
• A Confirmed Appointment can only be scheduled to be attended a maximum of four weeks in advance of the current date
• Only you are able to receive treatment at a Confirmed Appointment you schedule with Focused Therapy London, unless you provide your designated Attendee's first name and surname at the time of make the Appointment Booking Request, in which case they will become its scheduled Attending Client instead
• Once a Confirmed Appointment has been scheduled, only the designated Attending Client will be able to receive treatment at this Confirmed Appointment, unless any change to this Attending Client is requested and agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London in advance of the Appointment Start Time
• The Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy applies not only to any Appointment you request to schedule as a Confirmed Appointment, but also to any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement put in place by you, whether any Confirmed Appointment associated with it is scheduled by you or where relevant your designated Attendee
• All Appointments are required to be paid for in full, either electronically in advance of their Appointment Start Time or in Cash (exact change only) by no later than the start of the Appointment. Where you have not made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner, you will be required to make payment of an Appointment Deposit electronically in advance of Focused Therapy London scheduling a Confirmed Appointment, for either yourself or your designated Attendee on this first occasion. The Appointment Deposit required to be paid is dependent on the requested Appointment Length and Treatment Location, and will be charged at the following rates: £30.00 for a 1 Hour Appointment; £45.00 for a 90 Minute Appointment; or, £60.00 for a 2 Hour Appointment at the North London Clinic; and £35.00 for a 1 Hour Appointment, £52.50 For a 90 Minute Appointment or £70.00 for a 2 Hour Appointment at the Central London Clinic. Where for any reason a Confirmed Appointment is not put in place, any Appointment Deposit you have paid to Focused Therapy London in relation to the Appointment which has been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment will become fully refundable to you; or, if you prefer is able to be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for your future Appointment booking use

 

Single Appointment

The following Standard Terms apply to any Single Appointment:

• A Confirmed Appointment can only be scheduled to be attended a maximum of four weeks in advance of the current date
• Only you are able to receive treatment at a Confirmed Appointment you schedule with Focused Therapy London, unless you provide your designated Attendee's first name and surname at the time of make the Appointment Booking Request, in which case they will become its scheduled Attending Client instead
• Once a Confirmed Appointment has been scheduled, only the designated Attending Client will be able to receive treatment at this Confirmed Appointment, unless any change to this Attending Client is requested and agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London in advance of the Appointment Start Time
• The Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy applies not only to any Appointment you request to schedule as a Confirmed Appointment, but also to any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement put in place by you, whether any Confirmed Appointment associated with it is scheduled by you or where relevant your designated Attendee

Regular Set

The following Standard Terms apply to any Regular Set of Six Single Appointments in order for these Single Appointments to be able benefit from a 15% Total Discount off their combined Appointments Costs:

• All Appointments which form part of any Regular Set are the same as currently detailed on the Single Appointment page
• Only a Single Appointment is able to form part of any Regular Set of six Single Appointments
• All six Single Appointments forming part of any Regular Set must be taken on an individual Appointment basis; by the same scheduled Attending Client; and, within a three consecutive month period for the 15% Total Discount to be available to be applied
• The 15% Total Discount will only be able to be applied to the sixth Appointment within each individual Regular Set
• A Single Appointment is not able to form part of more than one Set of six Single Appointments
• Where a mix of Treatment Locations and/or Appointment Lengths within any Regular Set of six Single Appointments occurs, the Appointment Costs for each of that Set's Appointments with vary and this Set's combined Appointments Costs will need to be calculated by Focused Therapy London on a case by case basis before the revised 15% Total Discount will become available to be applied to this Regular Set's sixth Appointment in the usual way
• Focused Therapy London must be notified when an Appointment Booking Request is made if it is, or is believed to be, for the sixth Appointment of any Regular Set. This Appointment Booking Request must also be received a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the Appointment's requested Appointment Start Time. This is to allow Focused Therapy London sufficient time to check records of previous Appointment Dates received by the Attending Client to both confirm a Regular Set of six Appointments within three consecutive months applies; and, to calculate and apply the relevant 15% Total Discount where applicable
• Where advanced notification is not received as part of the Appointment Booking Request if it is, or is believed to be, for the sixth Appointment of any Regular Set; or, where this Appointment Booking Request is received less than 48 hours in advance of the earliest requested Appointment Start Time, no 15% Total Discount will be calculated and applied to this sixth Appointment when it is scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment; and, it's Appointment Cost will not be available to be discounted retrospectively after its Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification has been sent by Focused Therapy London unless this is later agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London
• Focused Therapy London does not automatically track whether a Regular Set of six Single Appointments within a three consecutive month period is occurring, unless the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, have specifically requested Focused Therapy London to do so. Please send Focused Therapy London a Query, allowing a minimum of 48 hours to receive a response, if you would like to be sent the Attending Client's previous Appointment Dates of any Standard Prices: Single Appointment that has occurred within the last three months so it can be established if a 15% Total Discount may be able to be applied in the future
• Where the 15% Total Discount available to be applied to any Regular Set's sixth Appointment is more than the Appointment Cost of the Appointment requested, Focused Therapy London will suggest scheduling in a longer Appointment Length to take full advantage of the 15% Total Discount available. Where a longer Appointment Length is not confirmed as wanted, the Regular Set's sixth Appointment will instead be scheduled at its originally requested Appointment Length and be free of charge, with no additional Credit or Refund available for any unused part of that 15% Total Discount
• Where Focused Therapy London's advertised Standard Prices: Single Appointment Costs change at any time whilst the Attending Client is receiving any Single Appointments which ultimately form part of any Regular Set, the Regular Appointment Cost Tables shown on the Regular Set page will be updated and the newly advertised Standard Prices: Single Appointment Costs will automatically be applied to any Confirmed Appointment scheduled after this change in Single Appointment Costs occurs. Under these circumstances, this Regular Set's combined Appointments Costs will need to be calculated by Focused Therapy London on a case by case basis; and, the revised 15% Total Discount will only then become available to be applied to this Regular Set's sixth Appointment in the usual way
• It is only possible to apply a Special Offer to any one or more of a Regular Set's six Single Appointments if its associated Special Offer Terms expressly state that this is permitted to occur. Where any Special Offer has been applied to one or more of the Regular Set's six Single Appointments, this Set's combined Appointments Costs will need to be calculated by Focused Therapy London on a case by case basis; and, the revised 15% Total Discount will only then become available to be applied to this Regular Set's sixth Appointment in the usual way

 

Monthly Set

The following Standard Terms apply to any Monthly Set of Six Single Appointments in order for these Single Appointments to be able benefit from a 10% Total Discount off their combined Appointments Costs:

• All Appointments which form part of any Monthly Set are the same as currently detailed on the Single Appointment page
• Only a Single Appointment is able to form part of any Monthly Set of six Single Appointments
• All six Single Appointments forming part of any Monthly Set must be taken on an individual Appointment basis; by the same scheduled Attending Client; and, within a three consecutive month period for the 10% Total Discount to be available to be applied
• The 10% Total Discount will only be able to be applied to the sixth Appointment within each individual Monthly Set
• A Single Appointment is not able to form part of more than one Set of six Single Appointments
• Where a mix of Treatment Locations and/or Appointment Lengths within any Monthly Set of six Single Appointments occurs, the Appointment Costs for each of that Set's Appointments with vary and this Set's combined Appointments Costs will need to be calculated by Focused Therapy London on a case by case basis before the revised 10% Total Discount will become available to be applied to this Regular Set's sixth Appointment in the usual way
• Focused Therapy London must be notified when an Appointment Booking Request is made if it is, or is believed to be, for the sixth Appointment of any Monthly Set. This Appointment Booking Request must also be received a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the Appointment's requested Appointment Start Time. This is to allow Focused Therapy London sufficient time to check records of previous Appointment Dates received by the Attending Client to both confirm a Monthly Set of six Appointments within six consecutive months applies; and, to calculate and apply the relevant 10% Total Discount where applicable
• Where advanced notification is not received as part of the Appointment Booking Request if it is, or is believed to be, for the sixth Appointment of any Monthly Set; or, where this Appointment Booking Request is received less than 48 hours in advance of the earliest requested Appointment Start Time, no 10% Total Discount will be calculated and applied to this sixth Appointment when it is scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment; and, it's Appointment Cost will not be available to be discounted retrospectively after its Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification has been sent by Focused Therapy London unless this is later agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London
• Focused Therapy London does not automatically track whether a Monthly Set of six Single Appointments within a six consecutive month period is occurring, unless the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, have specifically requested Focused Therapy London to do so. Please send Focused Therapy London a Query, allowing a minimum of 48 hours to receive a response, if you would like to be sent the Attending Client's previous Appointment Dates of any Standard Prices: Single Appointment that has occurred within the last six months so it can be established if a 10% Total Discount may be able to be applied in the future
• Where the 10% Total Discount available to be applied to any Monthly Set's sixth Appointment is more than the Appointment Cost of the Appointment requested, Focused Therapy London will suggest scheduling in a longer Appointment Length to take full advantage of the 10% Total Discount available. Where a longer Appointment Length is not confirmed as wanted, the Monthly Set's sixth Appointment will instead be scheduled at its originally requested Appointment Length and be free of charge, with no additional Credit or Refund available for any unused part of that 10% Total Discount
• Where Focused Therapy London's advertised Standard Prices: Single Appointment Costs change at any time whilst the Attending Client is receiving any Single Appointments which ultimately form part of any Monthly Set, the Monthly Appointment Cost Tables shown on the Monthly Set page will be updated and the newly advertised Standard Prices: Single Appointment Costs will automatically be applied to any Confirmed Appointment scheduled after this change in Single Appointment Costs occurs. Under these circumstances, this Monthly Set's combined Appointments Costs will need to be calculated by Focused Therapy London on a case by case basis; and, the revised 10% Total Discount will only then become available to be applied to this Monthly Set's sixth Appointment in the usual way
• It is only possible to apply a Special Offer to any one or more of a Monthly Set's six Single Appointments if its associated Special Offer Terms expressly state that this is permitted to occur. Where any Special Offer has been applied to one or more of the Monthly Set's six Single Appointments, this Set's combined Appointments Costs will need to be calculated by Focused Therapy London on a case by case basis; and, the revised 10% Total Discount will only then become available to be applied to this Monthly Set's sixth Appointment in the usual way

Single Appointments

Standard Prices for a Single Appointment always depend on the chosen Treatment Location and Appointment length. They are additionally subject to immediate change without prior notification; and, for any Confirmed Appointment newly scheduled with Focused Therapy London, will always be as currently advertised within the Single Appointment Costs Tables shown on the Single Appointment page.

Where a Single Appointment has already been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London in advance of any change of its Standard Prices being updated on the Website, this Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment shall remain at the Appointment Cost that applied to its Appointment Booking Request was made, but only as long as:

• its previous Appointment Cost is less expensive than its newly advertised Appointment Cost; and
• where it is scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment as originally requested, it remains as currently scheduled or is Rescheduled to be attended on a date that falls no more than four weeks after the Appointment Confirmation Email or Confirmed Appointment Notification was originally sent by Focused Therapy London relating to this Confirmed Appointment; and
• where it is unable to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, any updated Booking Information provided in relation to the requested Appointment in order to facilitate the scheduling of this Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment which ultimately results in a Confirmed Appointment being scheduled, this Confirmed Appointment must be scheduled to be attended on a date that falls no more than four weeks after the original Appointment Booking Request was made in relation to it

Under any other circumstances, the currently advertised Appointment Cost will be notified to the Appointment Owner and will become due for payment in relation to this Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment.
 

Introductory Appointments

Standard Prices for an Introductory Appointment always depend on the chosen Treatment Location, Appointment length and the currently advertised Standard Prices for a Single Appointment.

Where Standard Prices for a Single Appointment are changed by Focused Therapy London at any time on the Single Appointment page, this will immediately result in an change to the Standard Prices for an Introductory Appointment and all relevant Appointment Costs provided within the Introductory Appointment Costs Tables shown on the Introductory Appointment page will be updated accordingly. This means that they are subject to immediate change without prior notification; and, for any Confirmed Appointment newly scheduled with Focused Therapy London, will always be as currently advertised within the Introductory Appointment Costs Tables shown on the Single Appointment page.

Where an Introductory Appointment has already been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London in advance of any change of its Standard Prices being updated on the Website, this Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment shall remain at the Appointment Cost that applied to its Appointment Booking Request was made, but only as long as:

• its previous Appointment Cost is less expensive than its newly advertised Appointment Cost; and
• where it is scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment as originally requested, it remains as currently scheduled or is Rescheduled to be attended on a date that falls no more than four weeks after the Appointment Confirmation Email or Confirmed Appointment Notification was originally sent by Focused Therapy London relating to this Confirmed Appointment; and
• where it is unable to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, any updated Booking Information provided in relation to the requested Appointment in order to facilitate the scheduling of this Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment which ultimately results in a Confirmed Appointment being scheduled, this Confirmed Appointment must be scheduled to be attended on a date that falls no more than four weeks after the original Appointment Booking Request was made in relation to it

Under any other circumstances, the currently advertised Appointment Cost will be notified to the Appointment Owner and will become due for payment in relation to this Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment.
 

Appointments that form part of a Regular Set or Monthly Set of Six Single Appointments

Current Standard Prices for the six Single Appointments available under either a Regular Set or Monthly Set of Six Single Appointments are always as currently advertised within the relevant Set's Appointment Costs Tables shown on the most relevant of the Regular Set or the Monthly Set pages. The Appointment Costs available depend on the chosen Treatment Location, Appointment length and the currently advertised Standard prices for a Single Appointment and are therefore subject to immediate change without prior notification.

Where Standard Prices for a Single Appointment available from Focused Therapy London are changed by Focused Therapy London at any time on the Single Appointment page, this will immediately result in a change to the Standard Prices for Single Appointments received under both a Regular Set and Monthly Set currently available from Focused Therapy London and all figures provided within the relevant Set's Appointments Costs Tables will be updated accordingly and will affect the Total Discount available to be received against the sixth Appointment within each of these Sets.

Where a Single Appointment which ultimately forms part of either a Regular Set or a Monthly Set has already been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London in advance of any change of its Standard Prices being updated on the Website, this Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment shall remain at the Appointment Cost that applied to its Appointment Booking Request was made, but only as long as:

• its previous Appointment Cost is less expensive than its newly advertised Appointment Cost; and
• where it is scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment as originally requested, it remains as currently scheduled or is Rescheduled to be attended on a date that falls no more than four weeks after the Appointment Confirmation Email or Confirmed Appointment Notification was originally sent by Focused Therapy London relating to this Confirmed Appointment; and
• where it is unable to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, any updated Booking Information provided in relation to the requested Appointment in order to facilitate the scheduling of this Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment which ultimately results in a Confirmed Appointment being scheduled, this Confirmed Appointment must be scheduled to be attended on a date that falls no more than four weeks after the original Appointment Booking Request was made in relation to it

Under any other circumstances, the currently advertised Appointment Cost will be notified to the Appointment Owner and will become due for payment in relation to this Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment.

The relevant % Total Discount that is available to be received against for the sixth Single Appointment within any Regular Set or Monthly Set, will only be applied to this Appointment in accordance with the relevant Set's Standard Terms as detailed within in the Standard Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section above.

Any Special Offers currently available from Focused Therapy London to be applied to any new request to schedule a Confirmed Appointment can be found via individual links provided on the Special Offers Website page.

Each individual Special Offer will have its own dedicated page on the Website, which lists all relevant details in relation to that specific Special Offer, and additionally includes the relevant Discount that is available to be received should it be applied to any Confirmed Appointment; and, the relevant Special Offer's individual Special Offer Terms which make additions to/and or variations of the Standard Terms found within the Terms of Service. Where specific Appointment Costs apply to any Special Offer, these will be clearly shown within one or more tables on the relevant Special Offer page.

It is always important to check the relevant Special Offer Terms before requesting any Special Offer is applied to an Appointment Booking Request, as these detail who is available to receive each Special Offer, any relevant Eligibility requirements and/or any Supporting Documentation that may be required to be shown to Focused Therapy London in order for the Discount under that Special Offer to be able to be received against any Confirmed Appointment.

Focused Therapy London does not in any way guarantee to always have one or more Special Offers currently available, but you are able to sign up to; or, amend your previously provided, contact preferences to receive Practice Offer notifications informing you of any new Special Offers when they become available by submitting an Contact Details & Preferences form via the Website should you wish to do so.

Where wanted, an Appointment Owner is able to request to put an Appointment Arrangement in place with Focused Therapy London so that their designated Attendee can schedule in a Confirmed Appointment for themself with Focused Therapy London, but as a gift from the Appointment Owner. Where an Appointment Arrangement is confirmed by Focused Therapy London as put in place for this Appointment Owner, the Confirmed Appointment under the relevant Appointment Arrangement can then be scheduled by the Appointment Owner's designated Attendee, but its relevant Appointment Cost payment and all other fundamental responsibilities in relation to it will remain the responsibility of the Appointment Owner in the same way as they usually would had the Appointment Owner made the Appointment Booking Request for their designated Attendee themself.

An Appointment Arrangement is only able to be put in place where the Confirmed Appointment will be charged at Focused Therapy London's Standard Prices; and, where the relevant Appointment Cost will always be charged by Focused Therapy London as currently shown on the most relevant of either the Introductory Appointment or Single Appointment pages at the time the associated Confirmed Appointment is requested to be scheduled by their designated Attendee.

In order for an Appointment Arrangement to be agreed to by Focused Therapy London, the Appointment Owner must send Focused Therapy London a Query, requesting to put an Appointment Arrangement in place and providing all of the following provisional Booking Information to Focused Therapy London in relation to it:

• your first name and surname; and
• your email address and mobile phone number; and
• your designated Attendee's first name and surname; and
• your designated Attendee's email address and mobile phone number; and
• the Appointment Type wanted; and
• the Appointment Length wanted; and
• the Treatment Location wanted (should this already be known or where only one is acceptable to the Appointment Owner); and
• any maximum Appointment Cost cap the Appointment Owner would like to apply in relation to this Appointment (optional, but recommended in case Appointment Costs are changed between the time the Appointment Arrangement is put in place and the associated Confirmed Appointment is requested to be scheduled)

Focused Therapy London will then reply to the Appointment Owner via email, to advise if it is possible to put their requested Appointment Arrangement in place. Where this is possible, the Appointment Owner will be notified of the date by which their designated Attendee will need to make the associated Appointment Booking Request to prevent the requested Appointment Arrangement automatically expiring; and should the Appointment Owner not have previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, to arrange for them to pay the relevant Appointment Deposit in advance of the Appointment Arrangement being put in place (which will then be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London in advance of the associated Appointment being scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, as detailed within the Credit section below.

An Appointment Arrangement will be set to automatically expire where the Appointment associated with it is either not scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment by either the Appointment Owner or their designated Attendee to be attended on a day which falls within three months from the date the Appointment Arrangement was agreed as put in place by Focused Therapy London; or, will expire earlier where written notification is provided to the Appointment Owner under any circumstances that Focused Therapy London becomes aware the requested Appointment will no longer be able to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment for any previously unforeseen and/or unavoidable reason.

Where any amendment to the date by which the Confirmed Appointment must be attend by be agreed to Focused Therapy London, upon the request of the Appointment Owner; a specific Treatment Location and/or maximum Appointment Cost cap have been set by the Appointment Owner; or, where any other specifics in relation to this Appointment have been agreed to between Focused Therapy London, these will become Additional Terms which will apply to this specific Appointment Arrangement.
 

When to Pay for any Appointment scheduled under an Appointment Arrangement

The circumstances around when to pay depend on whether the individual requesting to put an Appointment Arrangement in place has made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner or not, as detailed below:

Where you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, any requested Appointment has been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment's Full Appointment Cost is required to be paid by or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, and received by Focused Therapy London by no later than its scheduled Appointment Start Time.

The Appointment Owner will always either be cc'ed in on the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email sent to their designated Attendee; or, notified separately via a Confirmed Appointment Notification, at any time the Confirmed Appointment associated with the Appointment Arrangement is scheduled with Focused Therapy London so they are fully notified of when the relevant Appointment Date and Appointment Start Time is due to occur.

Where this Full Appointment Cost, in whole or in part, is not received electronically by Focused Therapy London from, or on the behalf of, the Appointment Owner in advance of the relevant Appointment Start Time, the detailed provided under the heading Where the Full Appointment Cost payment is not received electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time within the Payment section below will continue to apply.

Where you have not made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have not previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, the below details when the Full Appointment Cost needs to be paid by or on behalf of the Appointment Owner:

Appointment Deposit
The Appointment Deposit is required to be paid by the Appointment Owner and received by Focused Therapy London before it is possible for the requested Appointment Arrangement to be put in place with Focused Therapy London.

The Appointment Deposit that is required to be paid will be as detailed within the Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section above, based on the Appointment Length requested within the provisional Booking Information provided in relation to the Appointment Arrangement.

Where for any reason a Confirmed Appointment is not put in place, the Appointment Deposit that the Appointment Owner has paid to Focused Therapy London in relation to the Appointment which is due to be scheduled under this Appointment Arrangement will become fully refundable to them; or, if preferred is able to be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for the Appointment Owner's future Appointment booking use.

Appointment Balance
The remaining Appointment Balance is required to be paid in full by, or on behalf of, the Appointment Owner, and received by Focused Therapy London by no later than the Appointment Start Time of the Confirmed Appointment.

The Appointment Owner will always be cc'ed in on the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email sent to their designated Attendee; or, notified separately via a Confirmed Appointment Notification, at any time the Confirmed Appointment associated with the Appointment Arrangement is scheduled with Focused Therapy London so they are fully notified of when the relevant Appointment Date and Appointment Start Time.

Where the Full Appointment Cost, in whole or in part, is not received electronically by Focused Therapy London from, or on the behalf of, the Appointment Owner in advance of the relevant Appointment Start Time, the detailed provided under the heading Where the Full Appointment Cost payment is not received electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time within the Payment section below will continue to apply.
 

How to Pay for any Confirmed Appointment scheduled under an Appointment Arrangement

The circumstances around how to pay depend on whether you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner or not, and shall be the same as detailed within the Payment section below.

Special Arrangements are custom tailored arrangements that may be made available by Focused Therapy London to a specific Appointment Owner; and, which vary the Standard Terms offered from those currently listed in the Terms of Service. Where any Special Arrangement is agreed to be put in place for an Appointment Owner by Focused Therapy London, this Special Arrangement it will have its own Special Arrangement Terms which will make additions to and/or variations of the Standard Terms which currently apply to the Appointment or Appointments (as relevant) that are due to be scheduled under it.
 

The circumstances under which a Special Arrangement will be put in place

On occasions, Focused Therapy London may offer or agree to put a Special Arrangement in place with a specific Appointment Owner, but this will only occur in one of following circumstances:

Where a Special Arrangement is requested by a specific Appointment Owner

Special Arrangements under this circumstance are only available where directly requested by a specific Appointment Owner, and will usually only be agreed to where this Appointment Owner is either a long standing Current Client of, or who frequently attends Appointments with, Focused Therapy London and the slight variation from Standard Terms is considered acceptable to Focused Therapy London under these circumstances.

Where a Special Arrangement is considered by Focused Therapy London in these circumstances, its Special Offer Terms will need to be agreed between the relevant Appointment Owner and Focused Therapy London in writing in advance of the relevant Special Agreement being put in place. Where this occurs in a timely fashion, Focused Therapy London will then confirm via email to the Appointment Owner that the agreed to Special Arrangement has been put in place with its relevant Special Agreement Terms clearly written and laid out within the same confirmation email.

Where a Special Arrangement is offered by Focused Therapy London to a specific Appointment Owner

On occasions, after talking to either a Client who is already an Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee during treatment, Focused Therapy London may choose to offer a Special Arrangement to either the relevant Appointment Owner, or where different their designated Attendee, where it becomes clear that a slight variation from the Standard Terms detailed within the Terms of Service would be of benefit in their specific circumstances.

Where any Special Arrangement is offered under this circumstance, Focused Therapy London will detail the Special Arrangement Terms in writing and send them via email to the relevant individual. Should the Appointment Owner, or where different this individual as the Appointment Owner of this proposed Special Agreement, then agree to these Special Offer Terms via reply in a timely fashion, Focused Therapy London will then confirm that the Special Arrangement has been put in place for them under the agreed to Special Offer Terms.

Where a Special Arrangement is considered a necessary requirement by Focused Therapy London

Where an Appointment Owner has any repeat history of Overdue Payment; any previous history of a singular Overdue Payment that was not received 30 days or more after it became an Overdue Payment from that Appointment Owner; or, under any other circumstances where Focused Therapy London decides there is a reason to require advanced payment of the Full Appointment Cost before any requested Appointment is agreed to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment for a specific Appointment Owner, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to require the relevant Appointment Owner has a Special Arrangement in place which will apply when they make any one or more Appointment Booking Request.

Where Focused Therapy London considers a Special Arrangement necessary under any of the above circumstances, the relevant Appointment Owner will usually only be sent the written Special Arrangement Terms via email for their consideration in response to them making an Appointment Booking Request. Where this occurs, the Special Arrangement that will apply to this Appointment Owner will include, but not be limited to, Special Arrangement Terms that require advanced payment of the Full Appointment Cost of any Appointment be received by Focused Therapy London from this Appointment Owner before any Appointment requested by them will be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment (either for themself or where applicable their designated Attendee); whether this Special Arrangement applies either permanently until such time as Focused Therapy notifies the relevant Appointment Owner otherwise in writing, or on a temporary basis only (whether a timeframe for it to complete is already know or as yet unknown); in addition to, any other Special Arrangement Terms that Focused Therapy London reasonable considers necessary as additions to and/or variations of Focused Therapy London's Standard Terms.

In order for the relevant Special Arrangement to be put in place by Focused Therapy London, its Special Offer Terms must be agreed to by the relevant Appointment Owner in writing by reply email no more than one week from the date they are offered by Focused Therapy London. Where for any reason, the relevant Appointment Owner either states that they are unwilling, or in certain circumstances unhappy, to agree to the offered Special Offer Terms; or, fails to confirm their acceptance of these Special Offer Terms within a seven day period from the time that they were emailed by Focused Therapy London to this Appointment Owner, the Special Offer Terms offered will automatically be withdrawn by Focused Therapy London, and no longer available to be agreed to by the Appointment Owner, accept where offered again by Focused Therapy London via email at any later date.
 

When to Pay for any Confirmed Appointment scheduled under a Special Arrangement

A Special Arrangement will usually only be available to an individual who has previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, so unless the Special Arrangement Terms of any Special Arrangement offered by Focused Therapy London require advanced payment of the Full Appointment Cost of any Appointment that is requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment under it, in advance of Focused Therapy London being willing to schedule this Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment (as detailed under the heading Where a Special Arrangement is considered a necessary requirement by Focused Therapy London directly above), the relevant Confirmed Appointment's Full Appointment Cost is required to be paid by or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, and received by Focused Therapy London, by no later than its scheduled Appointment Start Time.

Where it relates to a Special Arrangement, the Appointment Owner will always be sent or cc'ed on (where it is sent to their designated Attendee where one applies) the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email; or, notified separately via a Confirmed Appointment Notification, at any time a Confirmed Appointment associated with the Special Arrangement is scheduled with Focused Therapy London. This is to ensure the Appointment Owner is fully notified of when the relevant Appointment Date and Appointment Start Time has been scheduled to occur.

Where this Full Appointment Cost, in whole or in part, is not received electronically by Focused Therapy London from, or on the behalf of, the Appointment Owner in advance of the relevant Appointment Start Time, the detailed provided under the heading Where the Full Appointment Cost payment is not received electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time within the Payment section below will continue to apply.
 

How to Pay for any Confirmed Appointment scheduled under a Special Arrangement

The circumstances around how to pay will be the same as those detailed for an individual who has made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner under the heading How to Pay within the Payment section below.

Making an Appointment Booking Request

Where you have never scheduled a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London before as the Appointment Owner, you are required to use the Appointment Booking Request form on the Website when requesting to schedule your first Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London, except where the Website is temporarily unavailable for use.

Where the Website is temporarily unavailable for use and you contact Focused Therapy London in relation to; or, to make an, Appointment Booking Request, a PDF version off all of the relevant Website pages will usually be able to be provided to you by Focused Therapy London where the text information and Content is the same as that in relation to the Services you have requested to be receive as currently published on the Website; and, you will additionally be required to provide your direct written agreement via email reply to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any other Policies or Terms that are currently required in relation to any of the Services you request thereafter in these circumstances until such time as the Website becomes available for use again.

Where you have scheduled a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London as the Appointment Owner on any one or more previous occasion, you are still recommended that you use the Appointment Booking Request form found on the Website, but are also able to make an Appointment Booking Request via either email, text message or WhatsApp instant messenger message sent to Focused Therapy London instead if preferred.

The only other ways to make an Appointment Booking Request, are as follows:

• where you request to Reschedule a Confirmed Appointment within a successful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification; and, provide the updated Booking Information you want to be applied to this Appointment in order for it to be Rescheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, either within this notification or in associated communications that you provide later to Focused Therapy London in relation to it; or
• where you attend an Appointment with Focused Therapy London, as either the Appointment Owner; or, where relevant as their designated Attendee who has also previously been an Appointment Owner, and during that Confirmed Appointment you verbally provide Focused Therapy London with sufficient new Booking Information, and a clear verbal request to schedule an Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment based on it, for either yourself or your designated Attendee. Under these circumstances Focused Therapy London may either agree to schedule the requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment on your verbal request only; or, may send you a written message requesting you confirm the relevant Booking Information details provided verbally in writing in advance of proceeding to process your verbally provided Appointment Booking Request and associated Booking Information any further; or
• in very exceptional circumstances, where you contact or walk in the Clinic Focused Therapy London is working from on that specific day; and, request an Appointment which Focused Therapy London is able and agrees to provide at short notice where specifically asked if able to do so by the relevant Clinic's staff or any other therapist working from the same Treatment Location. Under which circumstances, you will be provided by, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London with all of the most important information required in order to agree to the scheduling of this short notice Appointment including, but not limited to, the Appointment Cost that is required to be paid and how this payment can be arranged; and, should you decide to schedule any further Appointment with Focused Therapy London again in the future, this can only be done in the next instance by first directly agreeing to Focused Therapy London's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

 

Booking Information Reliability Period

Focused Therapy London has a Booking Information Reliability Period, during which the most up to date valid Booking Information that is received from either the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, in relation to the Appointment that has been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment can be relied upon to be accurate and not subject to change within the 24 hours after it is received by Focused Therapy London; and, during which a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is required to be received by Focused Therapy London in relation to this Appointment, should it need to be Cancelled or Rescheduled by either the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, regardless of whether it has already been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment; or, still remains a Requested Appointment which is in the process of being scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment where available.

A separate 24 hour Booking Information Reliability Period applies in relation to any Appointment that has been requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, in all of the following individual circumstances:

• from the time the original Booking Information was received by Focused Therapy London from the Booker as part of, or in relation to, any Appointment Booking Request made by them, whether this Booking Information was received or was confirmed electronically to Focused Therapy London from the Booker; or, was received verbally by Focused Therapy London from the Booker during a Confirmed Appointment which they attended in person, under which circumstances this Booking Information will be considered to have been received by Focused Therapy London from the time this attended Confirmed Appointment was scheduled to finish; and
• from the time Focused Therapy London becomes aware any Appointment Deposit has been received from, or on the behalf of, the relevant Appointment Owner, where this Appointment Deposit is required to be paid by them in advance of any associated Appointment being available to be scheduled for them, or where relevant their designated Attendee, as a Confirmed Appointment; and
• from the time any amended and/or updated valid Booking Information is later provided by the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, as part of or in relation to a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification where a request has been made to Reschedule a previously Confirmed Appointment or previously Requested Appointment either now or at a later time or date; and
• from the time any new and/or updated valid Booking Information is received from, or agreed to where offered by Focused Therapy London, either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee in order to accommodate the scheduling or Rescheduling of a previously Confirmed Appointment or previously Requested Appointment, where this Appointment was not available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment by Focused Therapy London based on the most up to date valid Booking Information that was previously provided or agreed to in relation to it for any reason

All such Booking Information Reliability Periods are required to allow sufficient time for Focused Therapy London to undertake all aspects of the Appointment booking process including, but not limited to, confirming with the relevant Clinic that a suitable treatment room is both available for use and has booked for this Requested Appointment; and, where the Requested Appointment is available to be provided, the preparation and sending of the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification to the Booker, around times where Focused Therapy London is providing Appointments to other Clients and any other commitments Focused Therapy London has on any given day, whilst being able to rely on the Booking Information that had been provided directly in advance of each relevant Booking Information Reliability Period commencing.

On this basis, any Requested Appointment is required to be Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section below, whilst this Booking Information Reliability Period, or any Extension agreed to by the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee in writing in relation to it, still currently applies. Any individual Booking Information Reliability Period, as well as any time detailed under any associated Extension agreed to in relation to it, in all of the above circumstances, will continue to apply until such time as they are considered to have automatically expired, either through the relevant 24 hours of that Booking Information Reliability Period, as well as any additional time detailed under any associated Extension agreed to in relation to it, having ended without Focused Therapy London having provided an Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification in relation to the Requested Appointment; or, where Focused Therapy London confirms in writing to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, that it is not possible to scheduled the Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment based on the Booking Information which was associated with any such individual Booking Information Reliability Period, whichever occurs sooner.

For the avoidance of doubt, where the automatic expiry of any Booking Information Reliability Period, or any associated Extension agreed to in relation to it, occurs in either of the above mentioned circumstances, any new and/or updated Booking Information that is thereafter provided, or agreed to where offered by Focused Therapy London, by either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, for the purposes of making any further attempt to accommodate the scheduling of any previously Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment, this will automatically result in a new 24 Booking Information Reliability Period applying as detailed under the most relevant of the bullet points detailed above.
 

What happens after you make an Appointment Booking Request

The circumstances around what happens after you make an Appointment Booking Request depend on whether your have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner or not, as detailed below:

Where you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

When you make an Appointment Booking Request for an Appointment for either for yourself or where relevant for your designated Attendee, the following will occur:

Appointment available based on the Booking Information provided
Where you make an Appointment Booking Request for an Appointment within the next four weeks, Focused Therapy London will notify you that a Confirmed Appointment is in place by sending a Confirmed Appointment Notification and/or an Appointment Confirmation Email (where time permits) when the Requested Appointment has been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Appointment requested to be attended more than four weeks in advance of the date Focused Therapy London receives your Appointment Booking Request
Focused Therapy London usually only schedules Appointments that are due to be attended within four weeks from the current date. Where you make an Appointment Booking Request for an Appointment, and ask that this Requested Appointment be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment which is due to be attended on any date more than four weeks in advance of the current date, you will usually be notified by reply that scheduling a Confirmed Appointment this far in advance is not possible and a delay will occur before this Appointment is available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Where Focused Therapy London agrees to schedule any Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment more than four weeks in advance of the current date, your Appointment Booking Request will be processed in the same way as detailed under the heading Appointment available based on the Booking Information provided above.

Appointment not available within the next four weeks based on the Booking Information provided
Where any Requested Appointment is not available for Focused Therapy London to schedule as requested, alternative Appointment options will be sent to you, and/or where relevant your designated Attendee, for consideration. Where you, or where relevant your designated Attendee either confirm that any alternative Appointment offered by Focused Therapy London is acceptable and the relevant Appointment slot still remains available in Focused Therapy London’s Appointment schedule by the time it is confirmed as accepted; or, provide updated Booking Information relevant to the previously requested Appointment and Focused Therapy London is then able to schedule a Confirmed Appointment based on the updated Booking Information details provided, the Requested Appointment will be processed in the same way as detailed under the heading Appointment available based on the Booking Information provided above and scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Where you have not made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

When you make an Appointment Booking Request for an Appointment for either for yourself or where relevant for your designated Attendee, the following will occur:

Current Appointment availability and Appointment Deposit
Where you make an Appointment Booking Request for an Appointment, Focused Therapy London will either come back to you to advise if your Requested Appointment is currently available to be provided; or, provide alternative Appointment options for your consideration if your Requested Appointment is not available based on the Booking Information you have provided.

In addition to the above, the Appointment Owner will be required to pay the Appointment Deposit if your requested Appointment is currently available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment with Focused Therapy London.

Should your Requested Appointment not be available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, this Appointment Deposit will only be required to be paid should the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, either confirm that any alternative Appointment provisionally offered by Focused Therapy London is acceptable; or, should the any updated Booking Information be provided in relation to the previously requested Appointment that results in the amended Requested Appointment currently being available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment by Focused Therapy London.

Once the relevant Appointment Deposit payment has been received by Focused Therapy London, one of the following will occur depending on Focused Therapy London's current Appointment slot availability:

Appointment Deposit payment received and Appointment available based on the most up to date Booking Information provided
Once the Appointment Deposit payment has been received by Focused Therapy London, and where the Requested Appointment remains available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment within the next four weeks based on the most up to date Booking Information provided by the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, in advance of the time the Appointment Deposit payment was received by Focused Therapy London, you will be notified that a Confirmed Appointment is in place by Focused Therapy London sending a Confirmed Appointment Notification and/or an Appointment Confirmation Email (where time permits) when the Requested Appointment has been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

The Appointment Owner will additionally be advised of any remaining Appointment Balance, where not already received as part of the Appointment Deposit, where this has not already been notified to them in advance.

Appointment Deposit payment received and Appointment requested to be attended more than four weeks in advance of the date Focused Therapy London received payment of the Appointment Deposit
Please be aware Focused Therapy London usually only schedules Appointments that are due to be attended within four weeks from the current date. Where you make an Appointment Booking Request for an Appointment, and ask that the Requested Appointment be scheduled to be attended on any date more than four weeks in advance of the date that the Appointment Deposit payment is received from the Appointment Owner, you will usually be notified by reply that scheduling a Confirmed Appointment this far in advance is not possible and a delay will occur before this Appointment is available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Where Focused Therapy London agrees to schedule any Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment more than four weeks in advance of the current date, your Appointment Booking Request will be processed in the same way as detailed under the heading Appointment Deposit payment received and Appointment available based on most up to date Booking Information provided above and scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, taking in to account the most up to date valid Booking Information that is provided by you and/or where relevant your designated Attendee, in advance of the time this Appointment Deposit payment was received by Focused Therapy London.

Appointment Deposit payment received and Appointment is not, or is no longer, available based on the most up to date Booking Information provided
Where the Appointment Deposit payment has been received by Focused Therapy London, and where your Requested Appointment is not, or is no longer, available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment based on the most up to date valid Booking Information provided by the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their Attendee in advance of the time this Appointment Deposit payment was received by Focused Therapy London, alternative Appointment options will be sent to the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, for consideration. Where the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, either confirm that any alternative Appointment offered by Focused Therapy London is acceptable and the relevant Appointment slot still remains available in Focused Therapy London’s Appointment scheduled by the time it is confirmed as accepted; or, provide updated Booking Information relevant to the previously requested Appointment and Focused Therapy London is then able to provide a Confirmed Appointment based on the updated Booking Information details provided, the Requested Appointment will be processed in the same way as detailed under the heading Appointment Deposit payment received and Appointment available based on the most up to date Booking Information provided above and scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment.

Alternatively, should you and/or where relevant your designated Attendee confirm they no longer wish to proceed with scheduling a Confirmed Appointment, due to no alternative Appointment offered by Focused Therapy London being suitable and/or Focused Therapy London not being able to schedule a Confirmed Appointment based on any updated Booking Information the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee may choose to provide, any Appointment Deposit payment the Appointment Owner has previously made in relation to this requested Appointment will then become available to be refunded to them; or, alternatively can be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for their future Appointment Booking use if preferred.
 

Checking any Appointment Confirmation Email received for accuracy

Any Appointment Confirmation Email sent to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee is required to be checked for accuracy.

Please ensure to reply directly to the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email, clarifying which details need to be amended if inaccurate based on the Booking Information that has been provided, as where this does not occur within 12 hours of the time that Appointment Confirmation Email is sent by Focused Therapy London to either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their Attendee, the Confirmed Appointment will be considered acceptable as currently detailed within the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email.

This information relates to the Cancelling or Rescheduling of any Appointment that falls under this Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy, whether a Confirmed Appointment; or, a Requested Appointment that is currently being processed by Focused Therapy London on a pre-scheduled Confirmed Appointment basis, and details when and how to do so to ensure the Appointment Owner does not incur any Late Notification Cost.

Cancelling or Rescheduling any Appointment

This Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy applies to:

• any Confirmed Appointment either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee has been sent an Appointment Confirmation Email and/or a Confirmed Appointment Notification in relation to by, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London in response to an Appointment Booking Request; and
• any Requested Appointment either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee has made an Appointment Booking Request in relation to whilst either any Booking Information Reliability Period and/or any associated Extension agreed to by, or on the behalf of, the Booker still applies in relation to it, except where Focused Therapy London has already confirmed in writing that it will not be possible to schedule this Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment based on the most up to date valid Booking Information that has been provided in relation to it; and, no further Booking Information has since been received by Focused Therapy London directly from, or on the behalf of, the Booker to Focused Therapy London in order to further accommodate the scheduling of the Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment

This Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy continues to apply in relation to any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement put in place with Focused Therapy London by you, as the Appointment Owner, for which you are by default, request to be or agree to be the Appointment Owner.

Where any Special Arrangement applies to any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, this may in some circumstances make additions to and/or variation of the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy as detailed within the Terms of Service. Where any additions to and/or variation of the Standard Terms relating to the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy apply to any Confirmed Appointment scheduled; or, Requested Appointment pre-scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment, under a Special Arrangement, the relevant Special Arrangement Terms that apply will be need to be taken in to account, by both you and where relevant your designated Attendee, in addition to the Standard Terms detailed within this Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section; and, as summarised within the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy Summary.

The following required Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline applies should you, or where relevant your designated Attendee, want or need to Cancel or request to Reschedule any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment as detailed above, regardless of whether its Appointment Booking Request and/or any original or updated Booking Information provided or agreed to in relation to it, is received by Focused Therapy London directly from, or on the behalf of (whether from you or your designated Attendee), the Booker in relation to this Appointment was received at any time before; on or around the same time as; or, at any time after, the relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline has already passed in relation to it.

Where you are the Appointment Owner of any Appointment as detailed above, you additionally retain full responsibility for the payment of any Late Notification Cost, whether the Full Appointment Cost or Treatment Room Cost, as detailed under the relevant Late Notification Costs table below, which becomes due to Focused Therapy London in the case of an Attended Appointment; a Missed Appointment; a Late Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification being received by Focused Therapy London; or, in the event of either an Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification or no Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification being sent to Focused Therapy London in relation to this Appointment.
 

When to Cancel or Reschedule any Appointment

Should you, the Appointment Owner, or where relevant your designated Attendee, want or need to Cancel or Reschedule any Appointment as detailed under the Cancelling or Rescheduling any Appointment heading above, this must occur before the below Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline in order to ensure the Appointment Owner does not incur any Late Notification Cost:

Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period: 27 Hours in advance of the Confirmed Appointment's scheduled Appointment Start Time; or, the Requested Appointment's earliest requested Appointment Start Time

Any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment can be Cancelled at any time up until its already scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant), but a Late Notification Cost will be incurred by the Appointment Owner for any such Appointment that is not requested to be Cancelled in advance of its above Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline.

Any Confirmed Appointment or relevant Requested Appointment is only available to be Rescheduled up until 24 hours in advance of its already scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) and be guaranteed to avoid the Full Appointment Cost being incurred by the Appointment Owner; and, an additional Treatment Room Cost will be required to be paid by whichever individual, either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, where they are the individual who requests to Reschedule this Appointment once the above Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline has already passed in relation to it, except where the Appointment Owner confirms in writing to Focused Therapy London that they will be the individual fully responsible for the payment of the relevant additional Treatment Room Cost.

It may additionally be possible under the following circumstances to Reschedule the already scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) of any Confirmed Appointment or relevant Requested Appointment less than 24 hours in advance of its current already scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) and avoid this Appointment becoming a Missed Appointment in the following circumstances:

• in the case of a need to Reschedule the already scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) of any Confirmed Appointment or relevant Requested Appointment, to a different Appointment Start Time on the same day it is currently scheduled or pre-scheduled to be attended on; and
• this Appointment Start Time Reschedule is available for Focused Therapy London to provide comfortably between, or around, any other Appointments already scheduled, scheduled breaks or another other commitments on that day and is agreed to by Focused Therapy London in writing; and
• where the specific Client who requests to Reschedule this Appointment has already made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner and additionally has no history of Overdue Payment, that they confirm in writing that they are happy to pay the additional Treatment Room Cost that will apply (as quoted in writing by Focused Therapy London) is acceptable to them; and, that they either agree to make payment of this additional Treatment Room Cost either electronically in advance of the relevant earliest requested or already currently scheduled Appointment Start Time or in Cash (exact change only) at the start of this Appointment (only where they will be attending this Appointment in person), before it is possible for the Appointment Start Time Reschedule to be confirmed by Focused Therapy London; and
• where the specific Client who requests to Reschedule this Appointment has not already made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner; or, has already made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner but is considered by Focused Therapy London to have any history of Overdue Payment, that they confirm in writing that they are happy to pay the additional Treatment Room Cost that will apply (as quoted in writing by Focused Therapy London) is acceptable to them; and, that this additional Treatment Room Cost payment is received from them by Focused Therapy London electronically before it is possible for the Appointment Start Time Reschedule to be confirmed by Focused Therapy London; and
• only on the individual who requests to Reschedule the Appointment Start Time of this Confirmed Appointment's clear understanding that the relevant additional Treatment Room Cost is required to be paid to Focused Therapy London, in addition to the relevant Full Appointment Cost being due to Focused Therapy London from, or on the behalf of, the Appointment Owner

A Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification must always be received by Focused Therapy London in advance of the relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline above to prevent the Appointment Owner incurring any Late Notification Cost in relation to any Confirmed Appointment or relevant Requested Appointment that needs to be Cancelled or Rescheduled, as where a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is not received by Focused Therapy London for any Confirmed Appointment or relevant Requested Appointment in advance of its associated Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline, the Appointment Owner retains full responsibility for the payment of the relevant Late Notification Cost which becomes due to Focused Therapy London in relation to it, as detailed within the Late Notification Cost tables below:

Late Notification Cost in relation to a Requested Appointment

Treatment Room Cost only

Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification received by Focused Therapy London less than 27 Hours in advance of the Requested Appointment's earliest requested Appointment Start Time

Full Appointment Cost

This will only apply where the Request Appointment was ultimately scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment in either of the following circumstances, in which case please refer to the Late Notification Costs in relation to a Confirmed Appointment table above: where Focused Therapy London had already sent an Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification to the Booker in advance of a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification in relation to the Requested Appointment being received by Focused Therapy London; or where either no Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification or an Unsuccessful / Cancel Reschedule Appointment Notification was sent to Focused Therapy London for the Requested Appointment by either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee; and, the Requested Appointment was scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment on this basis

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule any Appointment

In order to successfully Cancel or Reschedule any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment as detailed under the Cancelling or Rescheduling any Appointment heading above, Focused Therapy London must receive a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification from you, the Appointment Owner, or where relevant your designated Attendee, in writing via any of the following methods:

• submit a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification form (recommended method) via the Website; or
• reply to the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email or Confirmed Appointment Notification received directly from Focused Therapy London where a Confirmed Appointment has already been scheduled; or
• reply to any relevant personalised communication received directly from Focused Therapy London in relation to the scheduling of the Requested Appointment (not including any 'noreply' email address which is used to provide automated responses only and is not monitored); or
• send a text message to Focused Therapy London's mobile phone number where this has already been provided (usually listed within any email footer provided within a personalised, non-automated, email response sent directly by Focused Therapy London in relation to a Requested Appointment; and, which can always be found in the email footer of any Appointment Confirmation Email received directly from Focused Therapy London)

This Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification must clearly state the following information, as was provided or agreed to where offered by Focused Therapy London, within the most up to date valid Booking Information received by Focused Therapy London, in relation to the Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment that is being requested to be Cancelled or Rescheduled, before the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was received:

• the full name of the Attending Client (as requested or already scheduled)
• the Appointment Date (as requested or already scheduled)
• the Appointment Start Time (earliest requested (where more than one was provided) or already scheduled)
• the Appointment Length (as requested or already scheduled)
• whether this Appointment needs to be Cancelled or Rescheduled (either now or at a later time or date)
• whether there are any circumstances under which this Appointment should be kept as previously requested or already scheduled (optional)

Any Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification received by Focused Therapy London from either you, the Appointment Owner, or where relevant your designated Attendee, will be considered confirmation that the relevant Appointment is no long wanted and/or able to be attended as it has either been currently scheduled where it relates to a Confirmed Appointment; or, at any one or more Appointment Start Time that was previously notified to Focused Therapy London within most up to date valid Booking Information provided, where it relates to a Requested Appointment, unless it is also clearly stated by the sender within their same Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification that this is not the case; and, additional details are clearly added around any specific circumstances within which the relevant Appointment should remain as currently scheduled where it relates to a Confirmed Appointment; or, should continue to be scheduled, at any or more previously notified Appointment Start Time provided within the most up to date valid Booking Information, where it relates to a Requested Appointment. Where this optional information is not clearly provided and/or where the specific circumstances requesting to keep the relevant Appointment as previously requested do not apply; or, are unable to be applied, this will automatically result in the relevant Appointment being removed from Focused Therapy London's Appointment schedule, whether as a Confirmed Appointment or pencilled in as a pre-scheduled Confirmed Appointment. On this basis, the relevant Appointment will no longer being able to be attended as previously scheduled where it relates to a Confirmed Appointment; or, will cease being processed in advance of being scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment and any pencilled in Appointment slot will cease being held on a provisional basis for it where it relates to a Requested Appointment, even where either of these circumstances result in a Late Notification Cost becoming due to Focused Therapy London from the Appointment Owner and/or any additional Treatment Room Cost becoming due from either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee.

Should you, the Appointment Owner, or where relevant your designated Attendee, Cancel or request to Reschedule any Confirmed Appointment or relevant Requested Appointment, I will provide a personalised reply to whomever the Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was successfully received from to advise that the already scheduled or pre-scheduled Confirmed Appointment has been Cancelled, and where it has been requested to be Rescheduled now, rather than at a later time or date, additionally advised if this is possible, as soon as my schedule permits. Additionally, should any Treatment Room Cost, additional Treatment Room Cost or Full Appointment Cost not already have been paid to Focused Therapy London in relation to this Appointment and is now required to be paid due to a Late Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification having been received, Focused Therapy London will additionally make the Appointment Owner and where relevant their designated Attendee aware in writing that the relevant payment remains due from them either in the same reply; or, via a separate written notification(s) provided in writing to the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee within a maximum of 24 hours of the time the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was received by Focused Therapy London.
 

Additional Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy Information

Please additionally be aware of the following additional information:

Treatment Room Cost

The Treatment Room Cost referred to in both of the above Late Notification Cost tables, found under the heading When to Cancel or Reschedule any Appointment, is always charged based on the relevant Appointment Length scheduled for the Confirmed Appointment; or, which has been requested to be scheduled for the Requested Appointment, and is currently charged by Focused Therapy London at the following different rates at each Clinic:

North London Clinic:

• £18.00 for a 1 Hour Appointment
• £27.00 for a 90 Minute Appointment
• £36.00 for a 2 Hour Appointment

Central London Clinic:

• £22.00 for a 1 Hour Appointment
• £33.00 for a 90 Minute Appointment
• £44.00 for a 2 Hour Appointment

Where any additional Treatment Room Cost is required to be paid to confirm any request to Reschedule any Appointment after its Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline has already passed, this additional Treatment Room Cost will be the same as listed above, except where any of the running time of this Appointment once Rescheduled will overlap with the time the relevant treatment room has already requested to be scheduled with the relevant Clinic, in which case Focused Therapy London will only charge an extra £9.00 for each additional 30 minutes at the North London Clinic or £11.00 for each additional 30 minutes at the Central London Clinic, as required to extended the relevant treatment room booking either earlier and/or later on the same day in order to accommodate the rescheduling of the Appointment as requested. The minimum additional Treatment Room Cost that will be charged by Focused Therapy London in these circumstances is set at £9.00 at the North London Clinic or £11.00 at the Central London Clinic, which will allow the Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment to be rescheduled a maximum of 30 minutes or less either before or after the relevant treatment room booking slot that Focused Therapy London has already requested be scheduled by the relevant Clinic.

 

Full Appointment Cost

The Full Appointment Cost referred to in both of the above Late Notification Cost tables, found under the heading When to Cancel or Reschedule any Appointment, will be as detailed in the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email sent to the Appointment Owner by Focused Therapy London in all cases, except for the following circumstances:

• where the Appointment Owner’s designated Attendee scheduled the Confirmed Appointment, and the Appointment Confirmation Email was sent directly to them. Under these circumstances the Full Appointment Cost will have already been notified to the Appointment Owner within earlier communications at the time the relevant Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement was agreed by Focused Therapy London within separate written communications; or, will be notified to the Appointment Owner by a separate written communication provided by Focused Therapy London on the same day that the relevant Confirmed Appointment is scheduled; or
• where a request is made by either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their Attendee shortly in advance of the already scheduled or earliest requested Appointment's Appointment Start Time (as relevant); or, during the relevant Confirmed Appointment, to extend the Appointment Length of the Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, and this request was able to be accommodated by Focused Therapy London at short notice for an additional cost, under which circumstances the relevant Client who had requested this extension to the Appointment Length will be the responsibility for making the relevant additional payment necessary to Focused Therapy London in order for the extension of the Appointment Length to occur, except where the Appointment Owner had agreed in writing to Focused Therapy London that they were willing to pay it on their designated Attendee's behalf (where relevant); or
• under any circumstances where a Special Offer was applied to the Appointment within its associated Booking Information, but the Attending Client is later confirmed not have the appropriate Eligibility and/or does not provide the required Supporting Documentation to Focused Therapy London which is sufficient to prove the Attending Client’s Eligibility status by no later than the start of their first Confirmed Appointment under that Special Offer where either one of both apply. Under these circumstances the Attending Client will be required to make payment of any relevant additional cost to Focused Therapy London in accordance with the relevant Special Offer Terms to avoid this Confirmed Appointment becoming a Missed Appointment and no treatment being provided

Where any circumstances other that those listed above applies for any reason, the Full Appointment Cost will be as detailed for the relevant Appointment Type, Appointment Length and Treatment Location, in addition to any Special Offer relevant to the arranged Appointment that was currently available from Focused Therapy London at the time the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, was sent or provided the Confirmed Appointment Notification by, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London, except in certain circumstances where a Special Arrangement applies to it; or, it forms for the sixth Appointment in any requested Set which mixes Treatment Locations and/or Appointment Lengths. Under these circumstances, if there is any confusion about the Full Appointment Cost of any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, please send a Query to Focused Therapy London as the Full Appointment Cost is available to be notified by reply.

Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification

Any failure on the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee's, part to send a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification as detailed under the heading How to Cancel or Reschedule any Appointment above, will result in a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification it will be considered not received by Focused Therapy London and therefore an Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification.

Where an Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is sent to Focused Therapy London, the Appointment Owner will continue to retain the full responsibility for payment of the relevant Full Appointment Cost in relation to a Confirmed Appointment; or, the relevant Treatment Room Cost in relation to a Requested Appointment where this has not already been paid to Focused Therapy London under all circumstances, except where this Appointment is later successfully Cancelled by the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, in advance of its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline.

Where an Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification is sent to Focused Therapy London, the specific individual, whether the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee, who requested and then confirmed in writing to Focused Therapy London that they agreed to make payment of any additional Treatment Room Cost in order to Reschedule the already confirmed or previously requested (as relevant) Appointment Start Time of either the Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment, and/or additional cost to extend the Appointment Length of a Confirmed Appointment will additionally continue to retain the full responsibility for payment of the relevant cost or costs agreed to by them in relation to that Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment where this has not already been paid to Focused Therapy London, under all circumstances, except where this Appointment is later successfully Cancelled by the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, in advance of its Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline.

Missed Appointment

The below details the circumstances that would result in a Confirmed Appointment becoming a Missed Appointment:

Where the scheduled Attending Client does any of the following:

• does not arrive for this Appointment; or
• does not arrive for this Appointment at the scheduled Clinic; or
• needs to leave this Appointment too early, or arrives to this Appointment too late for it to be possible for Focused Therapy London to provide them with any treatment during the Appointment; or
• discloses, or it is discovered, at the start of this Appointment that they have any medical condition; or, is either believed to be, or is experiencing, any medical emergency, which prevents them from receiving treatment during this Appointment; or
• sends someone else in their place to receive treatment during this Appointment, unless this change in Attending Client has been agreed to by Focused Therapy London in writing in advance of the scheduled Appointment Start Time; or
• is unable or unwilling to provide Cash payment of the Full Appointment Cost, in whole or in part, which is now due for payment where sufficient hard copy Proof of Payment is unable to be provided; or, sufficient electronic Proof of Payment has not already been provided by the Appointment Owner, to Focused Therapy London as detailed under the heading Where the Full Appointment Cost payment is not received electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time within the Payment section below. The only exception that will prevent this Confirmed Appointment becoming a Missed Appointment in these circumstances, is where the Appointment Owner of this Appointment has no history of Overdue Payment and is a long standing Client who receives treatment from Focused Therapy London on a frequent basis, under which circumstances Focused Therapy London may choose to provide treatment in good faith during this Confirmed Appointment without requiring the relevant now overdue payment amount in Cash from the Attending Client, and allow this Appointment Owner an additional 48 hours in which to make payment of it before it becomes an Overdue Payment, to specifically prevent a Missed Appointment occurring

Or where any of the following circumstances apply:

• the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee sends anyone else in the place of the scheduled Attending Client to receive treatment during the Confirmed Appointment, unless this change in Attending Client has been agreed to by Focused Therapy London in writing in advance of the scheduled Appointment Start Time; or
• the Confirmed Appointment was not requested to be Cancelled or Rescheduled by the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, before the Full Appointment Cost had already become due to be paid to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner in relation to this Appointment; or
• the Confirmed Appointment was not Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled successfully due to an Unsuccessful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification have been sent to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, and it is not attended as currently scheduled; or
• the scheduled Attending Client, or any other individual who accompanies them to their Confirmed Appointment, is displaying any conduct of an unacceptable manner at the start of the Appointment, as detailed under the Requirement to act in an acceptable manner heading found within the Legal Information section below, at the beginning of this Appointment; or
• under any other unspecified circumstances which can reasonably be considered due to the fault of; or, any lack of awareness of Focused Therapy London's Terms by, the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee or any other individual who is due to attend, or attends, this Appointment with the already requested or already scheduled Attending Client, where Focused Therapy London only becomes aware of these circumstances after the time the Full Appointment Cost becomes due from the Appointment Owner, and which reasonably lead to Focused Therapy London being unable or unwilling to provide this Confirmed Appointment or pre-scheduled Confirmed Appointment

The following details when and how Appointment Costs for any Confirmed Appointment; and, the Appointment Deposit for any Requested Appointment (where applicable), are required to be paid to Focused Therapy London on a standard basis, but may be slightly varied in relation to When to Pay where any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement applies to the Appointment (see relevant Appointment Arrangement (Gift Appointment) or Special Arrangement section above for further details where either applies).

When to Pay

The circumstances around when to pay depend on whether your have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner or not, as detailed below:

Where you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, any requested Appointment has been scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment's Full Appointment Cost is required to be paid by, or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, and received by Focused Therapy London by no later than its scheduled Appointment Start Time.
 

Where you have not made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have not previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, the below details when the Full Appointment Cost needs to be paid by or on behalf of the Appointment Owner:

Appointment Deposit
The Appointment Deposit is required to be paid by the Appointment Owner and received by Focused Therapy London before it is possible to schedule any Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment.

The Appointment Deposit that required to be paid will be as detailed within the Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section above. Should the Appointment Owner prefer to do so, they are able to make payment of the Full Appointment Cost, rather than just the relevant Treatment Room Cost, as the Appointment Deposit and under such circumstances no remaining Appointment Balance will be due from the Appointment Owner in relation to this Appointment as long as the requested Appointment's Treatment Location and/or Appointment Length remain unchanged.

Where either an Appointment is not able to be schedule a Confirmed Appointment for any reason; or, as long as any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment is successfully requested to be Cancelled or Rescheduled by the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, in accordance with the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section above, any Appointment Deposit the Appointment Owner has paid to Focused Therapy London in relation to this Appointment will become refundable to them, or if preferred is able to be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for the Appointment Owner's future Appointment booking use.

Appointment Balance
The remaining Appointment Balance, where not already paid as part of the Appointment Deposit, is required to be paid in full by, or on behalf of, the Appointment Owner and received by Focused Therapy London by no later than the Appointment Start Time of the Confirmed Appointment.
 

How to Pay

The circumstances around how to pay depend on whether you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner or not, as detailed below:

Where you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, the Full Appointment Cost can be paid in either of the following ways:

• electronically via BACS or Faster Payment to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account (details of which will have been provided to the Appointment Owner in advance, usually within the associated Appointment Confirmation Email); or
• in Cash (exact change only) paid by the Attending Client, as or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, at the start of the Confirmed Appointment (a written receipt is available to be provided)

Where payment is made by BACS or Faster Payment, or via any other electronic payment arrangement from overseas previously agreed to by Focused Therapy London, the relevant Full Appointment Cost should be paid sufficiently in advance to ensure it is received in to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account in advance of the Appointment Start Time of the Confirmed Appointment. Where for any reason this payment is not made sufficiently in advance to have done so, the Appointment Owner must either provide sufficient Proof of Payment to Focused Therapy London electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time, or alternatively ensure that the Attending Client is able to provide sufficient Proof of Payment in hard copy or Cash (exact change only) to Focused Therapy London at the start of the Confirmed Appointment.
 

Where you have not made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have not previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, the Appointment Deposit is required to be paid electronically via BACS or Faster Payment to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account (details of which will be provided to the Appointment Owner by Focused Therapy London when requesting payment of the relevant Appointment Deposit). The Appointment Owner will need to advise Focused Therapy London if they are unable to make payment from a UK bank account and alternative arrangements for the payment of this Appointment Deposit be made on a cases by case basis should they only have a bank account held overseas.

The remaining Appointment Balance, where not already received as part of the Appointment Deposit, can be paid in either of the following ways:

• electronically via BACS or Faster Payment to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account (details of which will already have been provided to the Appointment Owner for payment of the Appointment Deposit); or
• in Cash (exact change only) paid by the Attending Client, as or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, at the start of the Confirmed Appointment (a written receipt is available to be provided)

Where payment is made by BACS or Faster Payment, or via any other electronic payment arrangement from overseas previously agreed to by Focused Therapy London, any remaining Appointment Balance payment necessary to ensure Focused Therapy London has received the Full Appointment Cost should be paid sufficiently in advance to ensure it is received in to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account in advance of the Appointment Start Time of the Confirmed Appointment. Where for any reason this payment is not made sufficiently in advance to have done so, the Appointment Owner must either provide sufficient Proof of Payment to Focused Therapy London electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time, or alternatively ensure that the Attending Client is able to provide sufficient Proof of Payment in hard copy or Cash (exact change only) to Focused Therapy London at the start of the Confirmed Appointment.
 

Where the Full Appointment Cost payment is not received electronically in advance of the Appointment Start Time

Where the Full Appointment Cost payment, in whole or in part, is not received electronically in to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account, or via any other agreed to electronic or other payment method agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London where the Appointment Owner does not have a UK bank account, in advance of the scheduled Appointment Start Time; and, sufficient Proof of Payment is not provided, the following will apply depend on whether you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner or not, as detailed below:

Where you have made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, and for any reason the Full Appointment Cost payment, in whole or in part, has not already have been received by Focused Therapy London in advance of the Appointment Start Time of the Confirmed Appointment and sufficient Proof of Payment is or has not been provided, the Attending Client will be required to make payment of the relevant amount in Cash (exact change only) at the start of the Appointment, as or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, to prevent the Confirmed Appointment automatically becoming a Missed Appointment with any now overdue amount of the Full Appointment Cost still due for payment by the Appointment Owner within a maximum of 48 hours to prevent it becoming an Overdue Payment. Where the Appointment Owner has already made payment to Focused Therapy London previously, Focused Therapy London may choose to provide treatment in good faith during this Confirmed Appointment without requiring the relevant now overdue payment amount in Cash from the Attending Client, but only where the Appointment Owner has no history of Overdue Payment and is a long standing Client who receives treatment from Focused Therapy London on a frequent basis; and, under these circumstances, this now overdue amount must be received in to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account from the Appointment Owner within a maximum of 48 hours from the Confirmed Appointment's scheduled Appointment Start Time to prevent it becoming an Overdue Payment.

The Appointment Length will not be extended under any circumstances to accommodate any need for the Attending Client to arrange payment of the now due amount of this Full Appointment Cost to Focused Therapy London in person during this Appointment, which will accordingly limit available time for them to receive treatment. Any duplication of payment of this now due amount of the Full Appointment Cost for the same Confirmed Appointment which may ultimately occur under the above circumstances, will result in one of the duplicate payments becoming refundable to the Attending Client only, or should they prefer this duplicate payment can be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for their future Appointment Booking use.

Where a Cash payment is made by the Attending Client, change will not be available to be provided by Focused Therapy London. Any additional amount received above the now due amount of the Full Appointment Cost in Cash payment, will either be considered a gratuity or where this additional amount is for £5 or more; or, is due for Refund where a duplicate payment occurs as detailed above, can alternatively be paid back to the relevant Attending Client where UK bank account details to do so are provided in writing to Focused Therapy London to arrange payment of this Refund to within 48 hours after the relevant Appointment Start Time. Any Refund made by Focused Therapy London will either be paid electronically via BACS or Faster Payment with the Refund payment being made by Focused Therapy London within a further 48 hours of the time the provided UK bank account details were received by Focused Therapy London from the Attending Client.

Where any now overdue amount of the Full Appointment Cost remains due to be paid by the Appointment Owner to Focused Therapy London under any other circumstances, this Confirmed Appointment will automatically have become a Missed Appointment and this now overdue amount must be paid by the Appointment Owner within a maximum of 48 hours after the time its payment became due to Focused Therapy London in order to prevent it becoming an Overdue Payment. Payment of this now overdue amount of the Full Appointment Cost under these circumstances should be made by the Appointment Owner to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account electronically via BACS or Faster Payment, or via any previously agreed to or newly agreed to payment method where their bank account is held overseas, and notification be provided to Focused Therapy London once payment of this now overdue amount has been made.
 

Where you have not made payment to Focused Therapy London previously as an Appointment Owner

Where you have not previously made payment to Focused Therapy London as an Appointment Owner, and for any reason the Full Appointment Cost payment, in whole or in part, has not already have been received by Focused Therapy London in advance of the Appointment Start Time of the Confirmed Appointment, and sufficient Proof of Payment is or has not been provided, the Attending Client will be required to make payment of the relevant amount in Cash (exact change only) at the start of the Appointment, as or on behalf of the Appointment Owner, to prevent the Confirmed Appointment automatically becoming a Missed Appointment with any now overdue amount of the Full Appointment Cost still due for payment by the Appointment Owner within a maximum of 48 hours from the Confirmed Appointment's scheduled Appointment Start Time to prevent it becoming an Overdue Payment.

The Appointment Length will not be extended under any circumstances to accommodate any need for the Attending Client to arrange payment of any now due amount of the Full Appointment Balance to Focused Therapy London in person during this Appointment, which will accordingly limit available time for them to receive treatment. Any duplication of payment of this now due amount of the Full Appointment Cost for the same Confirmed Appointment which may ultimately occur under the above circumstances, will result in one of the duplicate payments becoming refundable to the Attending Client only, or should they prefer this duplicate payment can be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for their future Appointment Booking use.

Where a Cash payment is made by the Attending Client, change will not be available to be provided by Focused Therapy London. Any additional amount received above the now due amount of the Full Appointment Cost in Cash payment, will either be considered a gratuity or where this additional amount is for £5 or more, or is due for Refund where a duplicate payment occurs as detailed above, can alternatively be paid back to the relevant Attending Client where UK bank account details to do so are provided in writing to Focused Therapy London to arrange payment of this Refund to within 48 hours after the relevant Appointment Start Time. Any Refund made by Focused Therapy London will either be paid electronically via BACS or Faster Payment with the Refund payment being made by Focused Therapy London within a further 48 hours of the time the provided UK bank account details were received by Focused Therapy London from the Attending Client.

Where any now overdue amount of the Full Appointment Balance remains due to be paid by the Appointment Owner to Focused Therapy London under any other circumstances, this Confirmed Appointment will automatically have become a Missed Appointment and the remaining now overdue amount must be paid by the Appointment Owner within a maximum of 48 hours after the time its payment became due to Focused Therapy London in order to prevent it becoming an Overdue Payment. Payment of the overdue amount of the Full Appointment Balance under these circumstances should be made to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account electronically via BACS or Faster Payment, or via the previously agreed to payment method used to make payment of the Appointment Deposit where the Appointment Owner’s bank account is held overseas, and notification be provided to Focused Therapy London once payment of this now overdue amount has been made.
 

Proof of Payment

Where required to provide Proof of Payment, either as a printed receipt; or, as a scan where provided electronically, which is composed of one or more photographs or screenshots from the payers online bank or other payment provided (non UK bank account holders only), in order for it to be considered sufficient for its intended purposes it will usually be required to include all of the following where this payment has been made by BACS or Faster Payment:

• The payer's name, bank account number and the name of their bank; and
• My name (Jacky Sayers) and/or trading name (Focused Therapy London) and business bank account number; and
• The date the payment transfer was initiated; and
• The payment amount; and
• The currency this payment was made in; and
• The reference name and/or number that was added to this specific payment transfer. This reference should be the name of the Appointment Owner, but will also be acceptable if the name of the scheduled or pre-scheduled Attending Client is used instead; or, where this payment is being made in relation to an Overdue Payment, should be the specific information required as detailed under the Overdue Payment section below

Where providing multiple photographs or screenshots electronically in order to contain all of the information the sender will need to provide, the payer's bank account number must be clearly visible in all of these images to confirm the information relates to the same bank account.

Where Proof of Payment from a non UK bank account is provided, whether from an overseas bank account or any other electronic payment method Focused Therapy London has agreed to in advance with the relevant Appointment Owner, this Proof of Payment will be required to show at least the equivalent level of details relevant to the payment method used as that notified above in relation to a BACS or Faster Payment, in order for it to be clear that the relevant payment has already been made in full to either Jacky Sayers and/or Focused Therapy London via the agreed to payment method. Any failure to provide the relevant equivalent level of details within a Proof of Payment provided in these specific circumstances, will result in the Proof of Payment provided being considered insufficient for the intended purpose.

Overdue Payment

An Overdue Payment occurs where any overdue amount in relation to a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment is not received by Focused Therapy London within 48 hour after the scheduled; or, previously scheduled or earliest requested where a Late Notification Cost applies, Appointment Start Time of the relevant Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment either from, or on the behalf of, the relevant Client from whom it is due electronically in advance and by no later than the relevant Appointment Start Time; or, from the scheduled Attending Client in Cash on the behalf of the Appointment Owner at the start of this Appointment.

An Overdue Payment will occur in any one or more of the following circumstances, where any of the following overdue amounts in relation to a Confirmed Appointment; a Requested Appointment; or, a previously Confirmed Appointment, are not received electronically by Focused Therapy London 48 hours after the relevant overdue amount became due for payment:

• where a Missed Appointment occurs in accordance with Focused Therapy London's Terms and its Full Appointment Cost as agreed to by the Appointment Owner, in whole or in part, has not been received electronically more than 48 hours after the Confirmed Appointment's scheduled Appointment Start Time, this overdue amount will become an Overdue Payment owed to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner; and
• where Focused Therapy London choose to provide treatment in good faith to the scheduled Attending Client to prevent a Missed Appointment occurring (as detailed under the Payment section above), any overdue amount of its Full Appointment Cost agreed to by the Appointment Owner, in whole or in part, which is not received electronically within 48 hours of this Confirmed Appointment's scheduled Appointment Start Time, will become an Overdue Payment owed to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner; and
• where a successful Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification was received by Focused Therapy London, but this notification only occurred after the Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline had already passed, and the relevant amount of the Late Notification Cost that applies to the Appointment Owner in relation to this Appointment has not been received electronically within 48 hours after its scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant), this overdue amount will become an Overdue Payment owed to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner; and
• where the Appointment Owner requests to extend the Appointment Length of any Appointment and/or requests to amend the scheduled Appointment Start Time of a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment less than 27 hours in advance of its currently scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) where the treatment room has already been requested to be scheduled by Focused Therapy London with the relevant Clinic before the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was successfully received by Focused Therapy London, or agrees in writing to be fully responsible for either one or both of these where they are requested by their designated Attendee; and, the Appointment Owner then agrees in writing to the additional payment amount for the additional Treatment Room Cost required to amend the Appointment Start Time and/or additional Appointment Cost payment required to extend the Appointment Length of this Appointment as notified by Focused Therapy London where Focused Therapy London is available to accommodate this request, any overdue amount of the agreed to additional payment amount due, in whole or in part, which are not received electronically within 48 hours of this Confirmed Appointment's originally scheduled or Requested Appointment's earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant), will become an Overdue Payment owed to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner; and
• where the scheduled or pre-scheduled Attending Client, who is the Appointment Owner's designated Attendee, requests to extend the Appointment Length of any specific Appointment beyond the Appointment Length agreed to in relation to it by the relevant Appointment Owner and/or requests to amend the scheduled Appointment Start Time of a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment less than 27 hours in advance of its currently scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) where the treatment room has already been requested to be scheduled by Focused Therapy London with the relevant Clinic before the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was successfully received by Focused Therapy London, and this designated Attendee then agrees in writing to the additional payment amount for the additional Treatment Room Cost required to amend the Appointment Start Time and/or additional Appointment Cost payment required to extend the Appointment Length of this Appointment as notified by Focused Therapy London where Focused Therapy London is available to accommodate this request, any overdue amount of the agreed to additional payment amount due, in whole or in part, which is not received electronically within 48 hours of this Confirmed Appointment's originally scheduled Appointment Start Time, will become an Overdue Payment owed to Focused Therapy London by the Appointment Owner's designated Attendee, rather than the Appointment Owner; and
• where Focused Therapy London confirmed in writing to a specific Client that a stated extended time period beyond 48 hours after which the overdue amount in relation to a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment can be received by Focused Therapy London from that relevant Client to prevent it becoming an Overdue Payment, but the relevant overdue amount still remains not received electronically from, or on the behalf of, this specific Client by the time this pre-notified extended time period expires, this overdue amount will in the usual way revert back to becoming an Overdue Payment owed to Focused Therapy London by this specific individual 48 hours after the first time it became an overdue amount

Where any overdue amount becomes due from a Client in relation to any currently or previously scheduled Confirmed Appointment; or, Requested Appointment, Focused Therapy London will make sure that the relevant Client is notified that this has already happened or is shortly due to happen. This notification will usually be provided by Focused Therapy London to the relevant Client in writing; or, may under any circumstances where this Client attends a Confirmed Appointment this notification may only be provided verbally in the first instance, with a written notification only sent to this Client the next day should payment of the overdue amount not have been received in full by Focused Therapy London by, or on the behalf of, this Client within the interim period.
 

Consequences of any one or more Overdue Payment occurring

Where any Overdue Payment is due from a specific Client this is a debt due to Focused Therapy London, and on this basis, this Client will be unable to either schedule or attend any Confirmed Appointment again until such time as the relevant debt payment has been received electronically by Focused Therapy London in full.

Where an Overdue Payment occurs on a one off basis only, and upon Focused Therapy London sending the relevant Client an Overdue Payment reminder in writing, this Client replies in writing within 24 hours to confirm that the Overdue Payment debt has been paid in full, and will be received by Focused Therapy London electronically within this same 24 hour timeframe, no further consideration will usually be undertaken in relation to this Overdue Payment, except where either this Overdue Payment debt in full is then not received by Focused Therapy London within this 24 hour timeframe and/or another Overdue Payment occurs in relation to this same Client again in the future, as they will then be considered to have a history of Overdue Payment until such time as they are notified in writing thereafter by Focused Therapy London that this is not, or is no longer, considered to apply to them.

Where both a written reply; and, electronic payment of the full amount of the singular Overdue Payment debt is not received from the relevant Client from whom it is due, by Focused Therapy London within this 24 hours timeframe (as detailed directly above) and/or where more than one Overdue Payment debt has become due from the same Client at any time, whether a written reply and electronic payment in full of all such Overdue Payment debts were received by Focused Therapy London within the relevant 24 hours timeframe or not, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to require any one or more of the following apply to this Client in relation to both the associated Overdue Payment debt or debts (as relevant); and, in relation to providing any of the Services to this Client again in the future:

• where any one or more Overdue Payment debt due from this Client remains not received electronically by Focused Therapy London in full 30 days or more after each relevant overdue amount became an Overdue Payment, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to charge the relevant Client from whom this debt is due Overdue Payment Interest and the relevant Compensation Fee in relation to it, as detailed under the Overdue Payment Interest and Compensation Fee heading below; and
• where any one or more Overdue Payment due from this Client remains not received electronically by Focused Therapy London in full, 30 days or more after the relevant overdue amount became an Overdue Payment, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to pursue payment of each individual Overdue Payment, as well as the Overdue Payment Interest, Compensation Fee and any other associated costs in relation to each individual Overdue Payment from the Client from whom this one or more Overdue Payment debts remain due either via a Debt Recovery Agency and/or the Small Claims Court. Any debt recovery process will only occur after the relevant Client has already been emailed an invoice in relation to each specific Overdue Payment that remains due from them, with a request to arrange payment of the relevant debt in full no more than 30 days after it became an Overdue Payment, allowing a minimum of 14 days to arrange for its payment to be received electronically by Focused Therapy London to prevent any debt recovery process from being undertaken, in addition to any Overdue Payment Interest and/or Compensation Fee becoming due from them; and
• where this Client is either the Appointment Owner and/or designated Attendee of the Appointment Owner, of any Confirmed Appointment already scheduled in the future Focused Therapy London reserves the right to cancel this Confirmed Appointment by notification in writing, where any one or more Overdue Payment debt remains due to Focused Therapy London from this Client; and
• where this Client is either the Appointment Owner and/or planned designated Attendee of the Appointment Owner, of any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement already put in place for the Appointment Owner, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to cancel either such arrangement by notification in writing, where any one or more Overdue Payment debt remains due to Focused Therapy London from this Client; and
• Focused Therapy London reserves the right to withdraw the provision of and/or access to any one, more or all of the Services to this Client, on either on a temporary or permanent basis; and
• where Focused Therapy London agrees to provide this Client, as the Appointment Owner of any Appointment to be scheduled in the future, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to require, either on a temporary or permanent basis, that advanced payment of the Full Appointment Cost be received from them in advance by Focused Therapy London before the relevant Requested Appointment becomes available to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment. This will operate in a similar way that an Appointment Deposit being required from any individual who has not made payment to Focused Therapy London before as an Appointment Owner is required to do when requesting to schedule their first Confirmed Appointment, but in this case the Appointment Deposit will be for the Full Appointment Cost rather than the relevant Treatment Room Cost on this basis; and
• where this Client, either as the Appointment Owner or as the designated Attendee of another Appointment Owner, requests to extend the Appointment Length of any Appointment and/or requests to amend the scheduled Appointment Start Time of a Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment less than 27 hours in advance of its currently scheduled or earliest requested Appointment Start Time (as relevant) where the treatment room has already been requested to be scheduled by Focused Therapy London with the relevant Clinic before the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was successfully received by Focused Therapy London, or agrees in writing to be fully responsible for either one or both of these where they are requested by their designated Attendee; and, this Client then agrees in writing to the additional payment amount for the additional Treatment Room Cost required to amend the Appointment Start Time and/or additional Appointment Cost payment required to extend the Appointment Length of this Appointment as notified by Focused Therapy London where Focused Therapy London is available to accommodate this request, Focused Therapy London reserves the right, either on a temporary or permanent basis, to require advanced payment of the agreed to additional payment amount due to be received from this Client in advance by Focused Therapy London before any extension of its Appointment Length and/or amendment of the Appointment Start Time will be undertaken; and, only on the understanding of this Client that the relevant change or changes will be made where they remain available to be provided after the full payment of the additional payment amount has been received by Focused Therapy London

 

Overdue Payment Interest and Compensation Fee

Focused Therapy London has a statutory right to charge interest on any late payment, in addition to a set Compensation Fee, and reserves the right to apply Overdue Payment Interest, in addition to a set Compensation Fee, in relation to any debt amount which remains not received by Focused Therapy London 30 days or more after it became an Overdue Payment.

Overdue Payment Interest

Any Overdue Payment Interest charged by Focused Therapy London will be at the annual statutory interest rate on debt, which is set at 8% of the Overdue Payment amount plus the Bank of England’s base rate.

Overdue Payment Interest is calculated on a daily basis and, as the Bank of England’s base rate is subject to change, the amount of interest charged will depend on the due date by which payment is required to be received in relation to the specific debt, as detailed within the Invoice which was emailed to the relevant Client by Focused Therapy London in relation to the Overdue Payment due from them which occurred on a specific date.

Compensation Fee

Any Compensation Fee charged by Focused Therapy London, will be a one-off fixed fee which relevant to any debt owed in relation to a singular Overdue Payment debt only.

The Compensation Fee that will be applied is based on set fees that are available to be charged in relation to any Overdue Payment debt, as detailed within the Invoice which was emailed to the relevant Client by Focused Therapy London in relation to the Overdue Payment due from them which occurred on a specific date, and are charged at the following standardised rates:

• £40 Compensation Fee for a debt less than £1000
• £70 Compensation Fee for a debt between £1000 and £10,000
• £100 Compensation Fee for a debt of £10,000 or more

 

How to make an electronic payment to Focused Therapy London in relation to any Overdue Payment

The following information relies on the relevant Client not having already received contact on Focused Therapy London's behalf, from either a debt recovery agency and/or from a court in relation to any small claims court proceeding, under either of which circumstances this Client should follow the relevant instructions they have received in relation to either such debt recovery processing procedure which is already in progress. Under any other circumstances, this Client is able to rely on the electronic payment information provided below:

The Client should make payment of any Overdue Payment debt in full electronically via BACS or Faster Payment to Focused Therapy London’s business bank account. These details will usually have been provided to this Client in advance, but will always be listed within any invoice emailed to this Client relating to this Overdue Payment.

Where for any reasonable reason the Client is unable to make payment to Focused Therapy London in any of the above electronic ways, such as where they do not have a bank account, this Client should notify Focused Therapy London immediately to explore alternative payment options for the payment of the relevant Overdue Payment debt.

Where payment is made by BACS or Faster Payment, or via any other payment arrangement agreed to by Focused Therapy London, the Client should take in to account the processing time relevant to the payment method they have used, and in each case how long it may take before the relevant payment is expected to be received by Focused Therapy London.

The Client is always recommended to provide written notification to Focused Therapy promptly once any Overdue Payment debt has been paid, and where there is any doubt that this payment will not be received by Focused Therapy London on the same day the payment was made, to additionally provide Proof of Payment, which in order to be considered sufficient for its intended purposes will usually be required to include all of the following where this payment has been made by BACS or Faster Payment:

• The payer's name, bank account number and the name of their bank; and
• My name (Jacky Sayers) and/or trading name (Focused Therapy London) and business bank account number; and
• The date the transfer payment was initiated; and
• The payment amount; and
• The currency this payment was made in; and
• The reference that was added to the payment transfer (this should be the name of the Client from whom the Overdue Payment debt is due, and include the invoice number relevant to the Overdue Payment where one has already been received)

Where providing multiple photographs or screenshots in order to contain all of the information the sender will need to provide, the payer's bank account number must be clearly visible in all of these images to confirm the information relates to the same bank account.

Refunds are only available from Focused Therapy London, and where relevant within any listed timescale, as detailed within these Terms of Service, except where detailed otherwise in writing from Focused Therapy London under any Special Offer Terms, Special Arrangement Terms or Additional Terms that apply to the specific Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment to which they apply.

Where any Refund becomes available to either the Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, the relevant Client is required to provide UK bank account details in writing to Focused Therapy London to arrange payment of their Refund. Any Refund made by Focused Therapy London will either be paid electronically via BACS or Faster Payment with the Refund payment being made by Focused Therapy London within a further 48 hours of the time the chosen UK bank account details were received by Focused Therapy London from this relevant individual.

Where no UK bank account details are able to be provided for any reasonable reason, Focused Therapy London will seek to find an alternative solution directly with the relevant Client in order to arrange payment of any Refund due to them, but only on the understanding that any method agreed to will not require Focused Therapy London to make payment of any amount more than the relevant Refund amount due to this Client. Where a reasonable solution to making payment of the Refund cannot be found in these circumstances, this Refund amount will instead be held as Credit on behalf of this individual by Focused Therapy London instead for their future Appointment Booking use in accordance with the Terms listed under the Credit section below.

Should there be any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances which prevent Focused Therapy London being able to making payment of any Refund due to a Client within 48 hours of the time the chosen UK bank account details are received in writing from this Client, Focused Therapy London will immediately notify them in writing to explain the circumstances which are delaying the Refund payment from being made and confirm the Refund payment will occur as soon as practicably possible and the expected date or timeframe in which this Refund payment can be expected to occur.

Where a Refund becomes available to any Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, should they wish to do so they are able to request it be held as Credit by Focused Therapy London for their planned future Appointment Booking use.

The only other circumstances where Focused Therapy London will agree to hold Credit for any Appointment Owner, or where relevant their designated Attendee, is as follows:

• as detailed under the Appointment Arrangement (Gift Appointment) section above, where the Credit held is for the Appointment Deposit paid by the relevant Appointment Owner where this is required before the Appointment Arrangement is able to be agreed to by Focused Therapy London, in advance of its associated Appointment being scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment by their designated Attendee; or
• where the holding of Credit for future use of Appointment Booking forms part of any written Special Arrangement Terms which relate to a specific Special Arrangement agreed to between Focused Therapy London and the relevant Special Arrangement's Appointment Owner; or
• as detailed within the Refund section above; or
• under any specific circumstances and/or purposes agreed to in advance with any long standing Current Client who receives treatment from Focused Therapy London on a frequent basis, where this arrangement has been confirmed in writing by Focused Therapy London upon either their direct request; or, which was agreed to by them in writing where offered to them in writing by Focused Therapy London

Any Credit that is held by Focused Therapy London for either an Appointment Owner, or where relevant their Attendee, must be used as payment against the Appointment Cost of one or more Confirmed Appointments within a period of no more than three month from the date the Credit first became held by Focused Therapy London, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London. Where Focused Therapy London become aware at any time that use in full of any Credit as payment against the Appointment Cost of any one or more Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment has not occurred after this 3 month timeframe has expired, the relevant Client will be contacted via email to notify them that one of the following needs to occur:

• that the Credit is required to be taken as a Refund; and, additionally requesting this Client provides all of the required details to enable Focused Therapy London to make payment of this Refund amount within no longer than two weeks from the date of this email notification; or
• that one or more Confirmed Appointments, for which this Client is the Appointment Owner, must be scheduled within no longer than two weeks; and, that the relevant Appointment or Appointments must be scheduled to be attended within a period of no longer than four week, from the date of this email notification ensuring that the relevant Credit amount will be used up in full against the corresponding on or more Appointment Cost by the end of this four week period

Where either this email notification is not responded to by the relevant Client, and/or neither of the above listed actions are taken by them, the relevant Credit amount will automatically expire two weeks after the date the above detailed notification email was originally sent by Focused Therapy London; and, no further Refund, extended Credit timeframe, Cash or alternative benefit will remain due to this Client in relation to the relevant previously held Credit amount after this time.

• where this individual sends an email to Focused Therapy London in relation to any of Focused Therapy London's information and Content or any legal matter as detailed within the Legal Information section below; in relation to any requests and communications relating to data protection as detailed within the Privacy Policy; or, any Website Cookie as detailed within the Cookies Policy; or
• where the individual is clearly contacting Focused Therapy London for any unauthorised purposes, in which case their message will usually be promptly deleted with no response provided by Focused Therapy London

Standard Contact Times in relation to Appointment Booking Requests

Where an Appointment Booking Request is received by Focused Therapy London within the above Standard Contact Times, it will usually be read and start being processed on the same day. As such the Booker can usually expect to receive a personalised response in relation to it on the same day except in exceptional circumstances, sometimes late in to the evening especially on busy Clinic days; and, an Appointment Confirmation Email where their Requested Appointment is able to be scheduled as initially requested within a maximum of 24 hours of the time the Appointment Booking Request was received by Focused Therapy London, except where either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee have confirmed an Extension to the Booking Information Reliability Period is acceptable where notified by Focused Therapy London there will be a delay in confirming the Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment; or, there is any significant delay in Focused Therapy London receiving prompt payment of any required Appointment Deposit payment where one is required to be paid by the Appointment Owner.

Where an Appointment Booking Request is received by Focused Therapy London outside of the above Standard Contact Times, it may only be read and start being processed from the commencement of the next relevant Standard Contact Times period. As such a proportionate time delay may occur before the Booker can expect to receive a personalised response in relation to their Requested Appointment. Focused Therapy London will additionally usually have time to check for any Appointment Booking Requests received over the weekend, but will usually only be able to provide a provisional response, rather than an Appointment Confirmation Email, until the following Monday afternoon or evening should Clinic staff be unavailable to confirm any necessary treatment room arrangements over the weekend period.

Focused Therapy London always seeks to provide a personalised response to any Appointment Booking Request, whether this is to send an Appointment Confirmation Email; provide alternate Appointment availability for consideration where unable to schedule any Requested Appointment based on the Booking Information that has been provided; or, to provide business bank account details for the payment of any required Appointment Deposit, as soon as it is possible to do so during the above Standard Contact Times.

The Booker will additionally be sent an interim notification, to keep them updated on the progress of their Appointment Booking Request, where the only delay in scheduling their Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment is either due to Focused Therapy London awaiting necessary feedback from the relevant Clinic; or, to notify them that payment of any required Appointment Deposit has not as yet been received from the Appointment Owner, where they are their designated Attendee.

Standard Contact Times in relation to Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notifications

Any Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification will be processed from the time it is received by Focused Therapy London, but will usually only be responded to during the above Standard Contact Times.

The only circumstances where Focused Therapy London will usually provide a personalised reply outside of the above Standard Contact Times, later on the same evening or over the weekend after 6pm on a Saturday, will be where the Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment's relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline is shortly due to or has already passed; or, under any circumstances where Focused Therapy London did not have sufficient time and/or capacity to reply any earlier on the day that the relevant Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification was received within Standard Contact Times for any reason.

Focused Therapy London will reply to the submitter to provide a personalised response in relation to any Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification received from them; and, where relevant additionally provide any scheduling feedback where the Appointment has been requested to be Rescheduled now rather than at a later time or date.

Where any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment has been requested to be Cancelled or Rescheduled by the Appointment Owner's designated Attendee (where relevant), and in the process the Appointment Owner needs to be made aware of any relevant Refund due to them or payment due from them where any Late Notification Cost applies, Focused Therapy London will additionally contact the relevant Appointment Owner to notify them accordingly.

Standard Contact Times in relation to any Contact Details and Preferences Update

Unless Focused Therapy London needs to get in touch to request any clarification, please consider your submission of any written Contact Details and Preferences, whether made by the Contact Details & Preferences form or via any other method detailed under the heading Providing any changes to Contact Details and/or preferences updates via the Website detailed within the Use of the Services section below, all that is required to update your Contact Details and Preferences as requested.

Focused Therapy London will add and/or update all of your Contact Details and/or Preferences as per the details you have provided, and ensure all such additions and updates occur within a maximum of seven days from the time that your Contact Details & Preferences information was received. • the provision of information in relation to; arrangement of; scheduling of; Cancellation and Rescheduling of; and Confirmation of a Requested Appointment as a Confirmed Appointment; and
• the provision and operation of Focused Therapy London's Website; and
• processing of and where appropriate providing responses in relation to any legitimate business related Appointment Booking Request received, Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification successfully received, Contact Details and Preferences Update made, Query received, Review received from a Client, notification received in relation to any currently available Special Offers or in relation to any written communication specifically addressed to Focused Therapy London's Data Controller, whether received via one of the contact forms on the Website or directly through the use of Focused Therapy London's current or previous Contact Details (including those provided on the Website), non automated reply via electronic communication received from Focused Therapy London, via post (usually applies to Data Controller addressed post only except in exceptional circumstances) or which may be received indirectly via the Clinics; and
• upon direct request, or in response to notification of payment, the confirmation of payments received by Focused Therapy London in either written reply format or via a provided receipt in relation to any Appointment Deposit, Appointment Balance and/or Full Appointment Cost; and
• the holding and tracking of any Credit on behalf of, and/or processing of any Refund payment due to, either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their Attending Client of any requested Appointment or Confirmed Appointment in accordance with the details within the Credit and Refund sections below; and
• upon direct request only, the manual tracking and/or checking of any Appointment Dates relevant to a specific Attending Client in relation to any potential Set to determine if a Total Discount is or may soon become available to be applied to a specific Confirmed Appointment in accordance with the Terms detailed within the Appointments (including Sets of Six Single Appointments) section below; and
• the provision of any homecare advice and/or recommendations or referrals to other qualified specialists whose specific areas of expertise may prove beneficial to aid the Attending Client of any Confirmed Appointment in their treatment where this is confirmed as wanted, but only on the basis this is considered appropriate and available to be provided by Focused Therapy London in each individual's specific circumstances; and
• the provision of all business related information and Content available on the Website; and

• any other close contact body therapy business related service currently advertised on the Website, including but not limited to, any Special Offers for the potential use of Clients, visitors to the Website, Mailing List Subscribers and/or any business, charitable organisation or individual member of the general public that can reasonably be considered a service related opportunity due to its nature and/or occasional case study opportunities that may be offered to one or more specific individual where they are considered a suitable candidate by Focused Therapy London, and that relate to any therapy not already offered under the Therapies page for any reason, including but not limited to, Focused Therapy London having either already completed, or being in the process completing, any training in relation to the relevant therapy, but only currently being insured to provide this therapy as a student only due to either being in the process of completing any relevant practical experience case studies that are required to be completed in advance of qualifying in this therapy and/or not having already passed any associated written or practical exams in order to have received the relevant certified qualification or continued professional development ('CPD') certificate and/or CPD training points awarded where for any reason no CPD certificate is provided

Age restrictions that apply to use of the Services

In order to use and/or receive any of the Services, except as detailed directly below, any individual is required to 18 years of age or older.

Treatment during a Confirmed Appointment is available to be provided to a minor (under 18 years of age), but only where all of the following apply:

• the Appointment Owner in relation to any Confirmed Appointment, where treatment is being requested to be provided to a minor, must be 18 year of age or older, and additionally be either the parent or legal guardian of this minor; and
• at the time the relevant Appointment Booking Request is made, the minor must be listed as the Appointment Owner's designated Attendee, and additionally both the minor's age, and the reason treatment is being sought, must be provided as part of the relevant Booking Information; and
• the Appointment Owner is required in all circumstances to attend the first Confirmed Appointment for which this minor has been scheduled as the Attending Client, as this Appointment Owner will be the individual fundamentally responsible for ensuring that Focused Therapy London is fully informed of all relevant consultation details, health details, and the aim of the treatment for this minor during this Confirmed Appointment; the signing all relevant consultation forms in addition to the consent form confirming that as the parent or legal guardian they are happy for this minor to receive Treatment from Focused Therapy London; and, for accompanying this minor at all times during their first treatment; and
• where any one or more follow up Appointment is requested to be scheduled with the same Appointment Attendee who remains a minor, the Appointment Owner (as their parent or legal guardian) will need to continue to accompany this minor throughout all further Confirmed Appointments, except in the following circumstance: where both this minor is 16 years of age or older; and, it has already been agreed in writing between Focused Therapy London, this minor and the Appointment Owner in advance of their next Confirmed Appointment being scheduled that all parties are happy for this minor to receive treatment unaccompanied. Under this circumstance, where any of the parties later withdraws their consent for this minor to be treated unaccompanied either verbally or in writing, the requirement for the Appointment Owner (as their parent or legal guardian) to accompany this minor throughout any further Confirmed Appointment will immediately be reinstated and shall remain a requirement until such time as this minor becomes a minimum of 18 years of age

In any other circumstances than those detailed above, except where it relates to any simple request from this minor whilst they are attending any Confirmed Appointment which is undertaken to ensure this minor's wellbeing is properly acknowledged and respected during or around any treatment they receive, this minor's parent or legal guardian will be required to act on their behalf in relation to any use and/or request to receive any of the Services until this minor becomes a minimum of 18 years of age.
 

Agreement to the Terms of Service and relevant Policies

The Terms of Service and all of Focused Therapy London's Policies are hosted on the Website, please be aware of how you will be notified of any substantial or material changes that are made to them, to ensure you remain fully informed of all of your relevant agreements:

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

By accessing and visiting the Website you will be automatically agreeing to Focused Therapy London currently published Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The only exception to this is where there is a temporary delay in any newly updated Terms of Service applying to you until a specified date, as detailed under the heading Individuals who will be sent an email notifying them when any substantial and/or material change is made to the Terms of Service within the Updates to these Terms of Service section below.

Any updates to the Privacy Policy will usually only be notified via the Website, as detailed under the heading Updates to this Privacy Policy on the Privacy Policy page. You are therefore required to check this Privacy Policy page regularly to ensure that you are informed of your current agreement. Covid-19 Policy

By contacting Focused Therapy London in relation to an Appointment Booking Request after having visited the Website; or, continuing to do so after having already been directed to the Website where first contact was made with Focused Therapy London either directly or indirectly via any method other than via the Website contact forms, the Appointment Owner will be confirming their direct agreement that the currently published Covid-19 Policy (until such time this Covid-19 Policy is no longer required, at which time it will be removed from the Website) applies in relation to the Confirmed Appointment that has been requested to be scheduled; and, that any Restrictions in who is currently able to attend an Appointment shall apply to its scheduled Attending Client, as well as anyone else who is legally or otherwise required to attend the Confirmed Appointment with them, in addition to having read and agreed to all required parts within the Covid-19 Policy.

By directly agreeing to the current Covid-19 Policy, where any significant or material changes occur in relation to the version of the Covid-19 Policy agreed to in relation to any Confirmed Appointment between the time it was requested to be scheduled as a Confirmed Appointment and its scheduled Appointment Date, Focused Therapy London will ensure to contact all those who are currently due to attend the Confirmed Appointment to notify them that changes have occurred, usually in advance of, or by no later than, the time their Covid Screening email is sent to them in advance of them attending the Confirmed Appointment. Under any other circumstances, any updates to the Covid-19 Policy will only be notified via the Website, as detailed under the heading Updates to this Covid-19 Policy on the Covid-19 Policy page, and all individuals are therefore required to check this Covid-19 Policy page in advance of making any Appointment Booking Request to ensure that they are fully informed in relation to all of Focused Therapy London's current Covid-19 Policy details, including the restrictions that currently apply in relation to who is currently able to attend an Appointment.

All of the Services provided by Focused Therapy London are only available for use for their intended purposes, as set out within these Terms of Service, and are only offered for personal, authorised and lawful use.

In any direct or indirect interactions with Focused Therapy London including, but not limited to, the viewing and use of Focused Therapy London's Website, information and Content; use of any of Focused Therapy London's Contact Details provided (both current and previous) and/or any Website contact form; and, in relation to any of the Services (including in relation to any one or more Appointment), all individuals, groups, companies and organisations are required to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner only.

Responsibilities as the Appointment Owner of any Appointment

Where you are the Appointment Owner of any Appointment requested to be scheduled as, or already scheduled as, a Confirmed Appointment, you agree to be fundamentally responsible for all of the following in relation to the relevant Appointment:

• to ensure that all required information including, but not limited to, Booking Information; pre-Appointment Covid Screening information (until such time as the Covid-19 Policy is removed from the Website); information provided in relation to a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification; and, any Eligibility information and Supporting Documentation that applies in relation to a specific Special Offer where one is requested to be or has already been applied, that relates to an Appointment of which you are the Appointment Owner, is provided to Focused Therapy London both in the required way and in a timely fashion, by either yourself; or where relevant your designated Attendee and/or any other individual who has been requested to be, or has already been, scheduled to attend this Appointment, so that where a Confirmed Appointment is scheduled, it is able to be attended; treatment by the scheduled Attending Client be received; and, where relevant this Confirmed Appointment be able to benefit from the Special Offer's Discounted Appointment Costs where a Special Offer has been applied to it; and
• where anyone other than you, as the Appointment Owner, is due to attend an Appointment, to ensure that you have provided their Contact Details accurately to Focused Therapy London; and, also made all such relevant individuals fully aware of, and additionally have already received their confirmation that they agree to undertake and be bound by, all relevant parts of both Focused Therapy London's Terms and Policies which will automatically be extended to apply to them in relation to this Appointment, in order for the associated Confirmed Appointment to be able to be scheduled (only where relevant) and attended once scheduled by Focused Therapy London; and
• to retain the fundamental responsibility of ensuring payment of the Full Appointment Cost is received by Focused Therapy London in a timely manner, either from you, or on your behalf from your designated Attendee (where relevant), where due to Focused Therapy London in relation to any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment of which you are the Appointment Owner; and
• to ensure payment of the relevant Late Notification Cost is received by Focused Therapy London, either from you, or on your behalf, where any Confirmed Appointment; or, any Requested Appointment whilst any Booking Information Reliability Periods still applies to it, of which you are the Appointment Owner is not Cancelled or requested to be Rescheduled by either you or where relevant your designated Attendee via a successful Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification being received by Focused Therapy London in advance of its relevant Cancellation / Rescheduling Notification Period deadline in accordance with the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy section above

 

Checking any Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification for accuracy

Where any Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification is sent by Focused Therapy London to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, this email and/or notification must be checked by the individual who receives it to ensure it accurately reflects the Confirmed Appointment that was requested to be scheduled, based on the most up to date valid Booking Information provided or agreed to in relation to it.

Where a Confirmed Appointment is found not to be accurately detailed within any Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification sent by Focused Therapy London, ensuring to take in to account the relevant Booking Information Reliability Periods that applied, Focused Therapy London should be contacted promptly, ideally immediately upon reading it, by the individual who has received it replying directly to relevant email and/or notification sent by Focused Therapy London, and clarifying which details need to be amended. The relevant sender should then await an updated Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification and check that it accurately details the Booking Information that has been requested to be amended where this did not correspond with the most up to date valid Booking Information that was previously provided to Focused Therapy London.

Where any inaccuracy in relation to the Booking Information confirmed within an Appointment Confirmation Email is not notified to Focused Therapy London within 12 hours of the time the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email and/or Confirmed Appointment Notification was sent by Focused Therapy London, to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, as detailed and under the circumstances listed above, the Confirmed Appointment will be considered acceptable to both the Appointment Owner and where relevant their designated Attendee, as currently detailed within this Appointment Confirmation Email or Confirmed Appointment Notification.

Where no Appointment Confirmation Email is sent by Focused Therapy London to either the Appointment Owner or where relevant their designated Attendee in relation to any Confirmed Appointment, such as under any circumstances where a Confirmed Appointment was requested to be scheduled; or, the Booking Information was amended in any way, at short notice under any circumstances, and Focused Therapy London had insufficient time to prepare and send the relevant or updated Appointment Confirmation Email to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, the relevant Booker will have received either a Confirmed Appointment Notification from Focused Therapy London instead; or, have been provided with one on Focused Therapy London's behalf. Under any of these circumstances this Confirmed Appointment Notification will be considered acceptable, to both the Appointment Owner and where relevant their designated Attendee, based on the Booking Information that was confirmed by, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London within the relevant Confirmed Appointment Notification, taking in to account any previously written discussions in relation to it between the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee and Focused Therapy London, or where relevant Clinic Staff on Focused Therapy London's behalf, in advance of the time the associated Confirmed Appointment Notification was provided, in lieu of an Appointment Confirmation Email in these circumstances.

Focused Therapy London is unable to guarantee that any email including, but not limited to, any Appointment Confirmation Email or reply in relation to a Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification, sent to either the Appointment Owner and/or where relevant their designated Attendee, is guaranteed to arrive in the relevant individual's primary email folder, so where any Appointment Booking Request or Cancel / Reschedule Appointment Notification has been made, it is the Appointment Owner's responsibility to ensure that both they and where relevant their designated Attendee, check their all of their email folders including, but not limited to, their email service providers relevant Spam or Junk folder, to ensure that any email communications sent by Focused Therapy London in relation to the relevant Requested Appointment or Confirmed Appointment are not been missed or overlooked where they have been to being flagged incorrectly by their relevant email service provider and not delivered directly in to the relevant individual's primary email folder. Adding the domain focusedtherapylondon.com or any specific @focusedtherapylondon.com email addresses to the relevant email service providers safe senders or approved senders list (as relevant) is always recommended in these circumstances, as doing so should make incorrect email flagging by an email service provided much less likely to occur in relation to any email sent by Focused Therapy London after this action has been undertaken.
 

Provision of personal data to Focused Therapy London

Where you provide any personal data, including both personal information and/or sensitive information as defined under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to Focused Therapy London you agree that you are doing so having read and agreed to Focused Therapy London's current Privacy Policy.

Where you provide any personal information and/or sensitive information on the behalf of any individual other that yourself to Focused Therapy London in relation to any of the Services, you are required to do so only on the basis that you are either legally entitled to provide this information on this other individual's behalf; or, that you have the relevant individual's informed consent to do so where it applies to the other individual's personal information and their explicit consent to do so where it applies to any of their sensitive information.

A description of which personal data is classed as personal information; and, which is classed as sensitive information, under GDPR can be found under the The information I collect heading on the Privacy Policy page.
 

Providing any changes to Contact Details and preferences updates via the Website

All standard communications, where automatically sent as detailed within these Terms of Service; or, voluntarily opted in to by any individual, will be sent to any visitors to the Website; Clients or Mailing List Subscribers, at the Contact Details which are currently held for them by Focused Therapy London.

Focused Therapy London requires any changes to Contact Details, except where either provided verbally or by the filling out of a General Data Protection form in person during the consultation period only at the start of any Confirmed Appointment attend, are made to Focused Therapy London via one of the following methods:

• via use of the Contact Details and Preferences form ('Recommended Method'); or
• only where the Website or above mentioned contact form is temporarily unavailable for any reason, by sending updated Contact Details and communications and notification preferences via email sent to info@focusedtherapylondon.com, with email title Contact Details and Preferences; or
• should you wish to opt out of continuing to receive any Newsletter and/or Practice Offer email sent by Focused Therapy London which automatically lists an Unsubscribe Button in the email footer, via use this button and completing the relevant unsubscribing process

Where any individual starts using any new Contact Details to contact Focused Therapy London (including, but not limited to, a different email address; mobile phone number; or, WhatsApp account mobile phone number) after having previously provided different Contact Details, but does not directly notify Focused Therapy London their relevant Contact Details have been updated as detailed above, the relevant individual will not be considered to have provided proper notification to Focused Therapy London that their relevant Contact Details have been updated. Where any communications and notifications sent by Focused Therapy London are sent to their previously provided Contact Details in these circumstances (either occasionally or in all circumstances), this will be due to a lack of proper notification by, or on the behalf of, this specific individual, rather than due to any fault on Focused Therapy London's part, and as such any communication or notification sent to them by Focused Therapy London at their previously provided and currently held Contact Details will be considered received by them in a timely manner.

Where Focused Therapy London is manually required to amend its records in relation to any individuals Contact Details and/or communication and notification preferences update, as notified either verbally or via the filling out of any General Data Protection Regulation form during the consultation period of any Confirmed Appointment; or, within the submitted Contact Details & Preferences Update form (or equivalent email where the Website is temporarily unavailable for use) as mentioned above, these changes will be made by Focused Therapy London within no more than seven days from the date the relevant update notification was received by Focused Therapy London. Focused Therapy London apologises in advance should any incorrectly addressed or newly discontinued communications or notifications occur during this seven day update period. Where any such circumstances occur, these should resolve promptly once all of the updated Contact Details and communication and notification preferences that have been provided have been added, removed or updated (as relevant) in all relevant sections of Focused Therapy London's electronic and hard copy records, as well as any pertinent email marketing service distribution list. Focused Therapy London will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that any important communication or notification (including any communication or notification in relation to a requested or already scheduled Appointment; or, in relation to any update to these Terms of Service) sent to this individual during this seven day update period is sent using the most up to date Contact Details which have been provided by, or on the behalf of, this individual, but it should be noted that this cannot be guaranteed to occur in every circumstance, especially where the relevant updated Contact Details where provided to Focused Therapy London less than 48 hours in advance of any such communication or notification being sent by Focused Therapy London.
 

Use of email only for certain communications and notifications sent by Focused Therapy London

Some communications and notifications are only able to be sent via email by Focused Therapy London, and by requesting any of the Services provided by Focused Therapy London all individuals are required to provide an email address and accept that all of the following communications and notifications will only ever be sent by Focused Therapy London via this Standard Communication Method:

• any Appointment Confirmation Email; and
• any notification that provides details in full of any updates made to the Terms of Service and the relevant date all such changes will apply to the listed email recipient; and
• confirmation of any Appointment Arrangement that has been put in place for an Appointment Owner by Focused Therapy London and which also details any Additional Terms in full; and
• confirmation of any Special Arrangement that has been put in place for an Appointment Owner by Focused Therapy London and which also details any relevant Special Arrangement Terms in full; and
• any Newsletter provided by Focused Therapy London
• any general notification sent by Focused Therapy London where that individual has already subscribed to be notified in relation to either of the following types of practice offer: any new Special Offers which is shortly due to, or has just been published on the Website; and, any initial query in relation to any currently available case study opportunity, for which Focused Therapy London considers that the relevant individual is or may be a suitable candidate, and to which this individual is asked to provide a response to notify Focused Therapy London to advise if being a case study participant would be of interest to them

Where other communication method preferences are available to be used by Focused Therapy London to send you any additional communications and/or notification in relation to any of the Services, you are able to provide and/or update the other methods of contacting you that you consider acceptable and/or preferable via the relevant methods detailed above under the Providing any changes to Contact Details and Preferences updates via the Website heading above.
 

Any inaccuracy in information and Content provided directly by Focused Therapy London

Where you request any of the Services, you do so on the understanding that Focused Therapy London always endeavours to ensure that all information and Content, both detailed on the Website or otherwise available or provided in any other format directly from Focused Therapy London is true and accurate at the time it is either published or otherwise created; and, that when Focused Therapy London changes any information or Content details, that this change and any relevant update of any other associated information and Content that are required to be updated due to this change, is always intended to occur in tandem.

Individuals who will be sent an email notifying them when any substantial and/or material changes are made to the Terms of Service

Where any individual has directly agreed their acceptance of these Terms of Service to Focused Therapy London, either via submitting one of the Website's contact forms; confirming via any other communication method that that have done so; or, by requesting any of the Services after having already been provided with Focused Therapy London's Standard Terms either via a website link having been provided to the Terms of Service page or these Terms of Service having already been provided to them as an email attachment, in advance of any update to these Terms of Service being published on the Website, this individual will automatically be due to be notified, via email sent by Focused Therapy London, when any substantial and/or material change of these Terms of Service is shortly due to, or has very recently, occurred.

• where this individual has been notified in writing by Focused Therapy London that they will no longer be provided with a notification when any update to the Terms of Service is being made by Focused Therapy London will be sent to them in the future, except where they then reply to Focused Therapy London directly in writing to advised that they would like to opt in to continue to receive these notifications at which time they will be reapplied by Focused Therapy London until further notice; or
• where Focused Therapy London has decided to withdraw, either temporarily or permanently, the provision of the Services to this individual, whether this includes the accessing and viewing of the Website or not, for any reason and has notified this individual in writing this decision has been made. Under these circumstances, Focused Therapy London will notify this individual that all communications and notifications sent by Focused Therapy London, including any email notification of updates to the Terms of Services, will cease being sent to them except where they apply to any Outstanding Matters. Should this individual then contact Focused Therapy London again in the future, except in relation to any Outstanding Matters that may apply, with any request to be permitted to use any of the Services again (including to access and view of the Website), they will either be granted this permission by Focused Therapy London in writing, under which circumstances they will need to read in full and then provide their direct agreement to the currently published Terms of Services and any other required Policies via direct reply; or, Focused Therapy London will reply to this individual to let them know the Services remain withdrawn from use by them, with no additional need for Focused Therapy London to provide this individual with a reason why this decision has been made; or
• where Focused Therapy London decides to cease sending any communication or notification, including email notification of updates to the Terms of Service to any individual, except in relation to any Outstanding Matters should any apply, unless this individual decides to contact Focused Therapy London again in the future in relation to the Services, due to Focused Therapy London considering that there is no benefit in continuing to do so, which can include, but not limited to, this individual moving overseas or to another area of the UK with no likely plans to visit London again on any regular basis; having used the Services when they were visiting the London area for a temporarily period only, such as during a holiday or work related trip; or, having enquired about the Services via the Website Query form only, and no further contact in relation to the Services was made this individual within a reasonable extended time period after their query was responded to by Focused Therapy London. Under these circumstances, where this individual contacts Focused Therapy London again in the future with a request to receive any of the Services, this individual will be notified that they need to provide their direct agreement to the current Terms of Services (only where the Terms of Service may or have been updated since last directly agreed to by this individual); or, Focused Therapy London will have already notified this individual in writing that should they choose to use any of the Services provided by Focused Therapy London again in the future, they will need to read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service as currently published at that time; or
• where any individual or Bot directly agrees to the Terms of Service as an individual, from the time it becomes clear to Focused Therapy London at any point that this direct agreement was done in breach of the Terms of Service including, but not limited to, use of the Website contact forms and/or any of Focused Therapy London's Contact Details for sending any unsolicited communications to Focused Therapy London; or, for any other unauthorised purposes in direct breach of these Terms of Service

 

Responsibility to check the Last Updated date to see if any updates have been made to the Terms of Service

Where any individual does not receive email notifications in relation to updates to these Terms of Service, either where they have not previously directly confirmed their agreed their acceptance of the Terms of Service to Focused Therapy London in written format (including, but not limited to, via checking an acceptable box in one of the Website contract forms); or, due to the circumstances specifically details in the bullet points listed within the second paragraph under the Individuals who will be sent an email notifying them when any substantial and/or material changes are made to the Terms of Service heading above, it will be the responsibility of this individual to either:

• contact Focused Therapy London using the Query form to specifically request that they are sent an email should any future update to the Terms of Service occur, so that they are notified of any changes to that Standard Terms that are made by Focused Therapy London. Where this notification is requested, it will usually be possible for Focused Therapy London to email this individual a backdated copy of the last email only that was sent to other individuals notifying them of specific changes that had been, or were shortly due to be, made to the Terms of Service, where this email will prevent them having to read through the Terms of Service again in full where only one update to the Terms of Service is confirmed to have occurred since this individual last read through the Terms of Service in full. Where more than one update to the Terms of Service is believed to have occurred, it will be this individuals responsibility to read the currently published Terms of Services in full to make themselves aware of their current agreement; or
• check back regularly to this Terms of Service Website page to ensure that they remain informed of their current agreement. Where any update has been made since this individual's last visit to this Website page under these circumstances, the only indication that any update to these Terms of Service having occurred will be that the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page will have been changed since they last read the Terms of Service in full. Permitted use of a Confirmed Appointment

You are only permitted to attend any one or more Confirmed Appointments for the purpose of receiving, or accompanying the Attending Client who is scheduled to receive, any of the Therapies currently available from Focused Therapy London for their intended purposes.

Focused Therapy London does not offer sexual services of any kind, and only offers Appointments for the treatment of musculoskeletal, and some neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
 

Permitted use of the Focused Therapy London's Contact Details and Website contact forms

You are only permitted to use Focused Therapy London's Contact Details (both current or previously provided) and Website contact forms for legitimate communications sent in relation to the Services; and, not for any unsolicited purposes except where previously agreed to in writing by Focused Therapy London.

Where you contact Focused Therapy London, you are only permitted to do so where you conduct yourself in an acceptable manner; and, are restricted from doing so for any purpose of sending Focused Therapy London any obscene or pornographic content, attachment or a link to any such material; to make any attempt to infect any of Focused Therapy London's systems with malware; or, to target any of Focused Therapy London Contact Details or Website contact forms; electronic communications or any other electronic based service providers with any Bot.

Focused Therapy London endeavours to ensure that the Website is usually available on a round the clock basis, but it may on occasions be unavailable when Focused Therapy London is undertaking any particularly complex maintenance on it; or, may otherwise becomes temporarily unavailable through circumstances which are beyond Focused Therapy London's control including, but not limited to, where any unscheduled repair is required; due to any web host provider scheduled or unscheduled downtime; or, due to any systems failure and/or network disruptions.

Where the Website is not accessible for any reason, Focused Therapy London can usually arrange for an electronic copy of all required Website pages to be emailed to you where needed as long as you remain available to receive the Services. Copies of any such Website pages are usually only available be sent via email, as PDF attachments, and should only be relied upon during the period the Website remains unavailable; or, under any circumstances where the Website remains offline for an extended period, until such time as you receive an updated version of any of the same Website pages from Focused Therapy London where any changes to the information and/or Content provided therein have changed.

Requirement to act in an acceptable manner

In any interactions with Focused Therapy London's Website; information and Content; or, in relation to any of the Services (including, but not limited to, the use of Focused Therapy London's Contact Details, Website contact forms, or in relation to the scheduling and/or attendance of any one or more Confirmed Appointment), all of the following are required to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner:

• any Client; and
• any one or more individual who has been requested to be, or already has been, scheduled to accompany an Attending Client to a Confirmed Appointment; and
• any current, previous or future Mailing List Subscriber; and
• any current, previous or future visitor to the Website; and
• any individual, group, organisation or entity who became aware of Focused Therapy London, including Focused Therapy London's Website, information, Content, Contact Details and/or Services, either directly from Focused Therapy London; or, indirectly via any second party or third party individual, group, company, organisation, entity, the internet, or any computer or system server in any way
• any individual, group, company, organisation or entity who became aware of Focused Therapy London, including Focused Therapy London's Website, information, Content, Contact Details and/or Services, via any advertisement or marketing materials, including but not limited to any second or third party website, poster, flyer or business card

For the avoidance of doubt, where any of the above act in any way that can reasonably be considered dishonest; misrepresentative; offensive; abusive; discriminatory; causing harassment (including, but not limited to, any sexual overture and/or threat); or, acting in any way that can reasonably be considered to be illegal; unlawful; or, otherwise suspect, all of these will be considered conduct of an unacceptable manner. Additionally, where the conduct relates to the attending any one or more Confirmed Appointment (including, but not limited to, the receiving treatment), conduct of an unacceptable manner will automatically be extended to including any physically threatening; intimidating; coercive; aggressive; violent; or, disrespectful behaviour, in addition to any intentional indecent exposure; action taken or requested for any sexual gratification purposes (including inappropriate touching); noticeable level of intoxication (alcohol and/or drugs related); or, excessive swearing (except where due to a medical condition, such as Tourette's Syndrome with associated Coprolalia).
 

Termination or temporary suspension of the Services

Focused Therapy London reserves the right to terminate, or temporarily suspend, providing any one or more of the Services to any Client or other individual, group, company or organisation at any time without prior notification; and, for any reason without the needing to provide notification of why this decision has been made, except in the following specific circumstance detailed below:

Where written notification will be provided to the Appointment Owner in advance by Focused Therapy London

Where any Confirmed Appointment has already been scheduled; remains due to be scheduled where a Requested Appointment; where an Appointment Deposit has already been received; or, under any Appointment Arrangement or Special Arrangement which has already been put in place, of which the termination or temporary suspension of any Services applies to a Client or other individual who is either the Appointment Owner; is, or has been requested to be, the Attending Client; or, whose name has already been notified to Focused Therapy London as an individual who is required to accompanying the Attending Client to any associated Confirmation Appointment, under which circumstances the relevant Appointment Owner will be notified in writing that provision of the Services is no longer available to the relevant Client or other individuals and will prevent this specific individual from being the Appointment Owner and/or able to attend the associated Appointment.

In these circumstances, the Appointment Owner will accordingly be notified that any associated part or full payment of the Appointment Cost that has already been received, or is already being held as Credit for use against this Appointment, by Focused Therapy London (where relevant) is available to be refunded, in accordance with the Refund section above, if there is no way of the associated Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment (as applicable) being able to be provided; or, only where the Client or other individual was due to accompany the Attending Client to the associated Confirmed Appointment, this will instead be discussed with the Appointment Owner to see if it would instead be acceptable to them for someone else to either be the scheduled or pre-scheduled Attending Client (where wanted); or, to accompany the scheduled or pre-scheduled Attending Client in their place (only where relevant). Additionally, where the associated Confirmed Appointment has already been scheduled, but will no longer be able provided, the Appointment Owner will additionally be notified that the associated Confirmed Appointment has been Cancelled by Focused Therapy London on this basis, where this is considered unavoidable in the relevant circumstances.

Where verbal notification will be provided to the Attending Client during the Appointment by Focused Therapy London

There are two different circumstances where this may occur, as follows:

• during any Confirmed Appointment, where either the scheduled Attending Client or anyone else accompanying this Attending Client during their Appointment, either becomes, or it becomes clear to Focused Therapy London, that they are to unwell to attend this Appointment; or, where it becomes apparent that the scheduled Attending Client should not be receiving treatment for any contraindicated medical reason, and on either basis it is not appropriate for Focused Therapy London to continue providing treatment during this Appointment. Under these circumstances, it will only be usual for a temporary suspension of the Services to apply due to the relevant medical circumstances; and, except in truly exceptional circumstances where it became clear that the relevant individual attended this Confirmed Appointment knowing that they were to unwell to do so; and, by having attended they put the health of any other individual in the same treatment room or Clinic at a serious health risk by doing so, this temporary suspension will usually only last for the duration of this scheduled Confirmed Appointment; or
• during any Confirmed Appointment, where either the scheduled Attending Client or anyone else accompanying this Attending Client during their Appointment, at any time displays any conduct of an unacceptable manner either as detailed within the under the Requirement to act in an acceptable manner heading above or in any similar but unforeseen circumstances, Focused Therapy London reserves the right to immediately terminate this Appointment and notify any one or more individual (as relevant) within the relevant treatment room or Clinic that they are required to gather their belongings and leave the building immediately due to their relevant inappropriate behaviour. Under these circumstances, termination of the Services permanently may be decided upon by Focused Therapy London in relation to the relevant individual or individuals (only where relevant and where considered advisable) who attended the Confirmed Appointment; or, Focused Therapy London may instead decide at a later time only a temporary suspension of the Services will apply to this individual or individuals, where the relevant inappropriate behaviour is not expected to occur again at any future time and/or for any reasonable reason

Where either of the above two circumstances occur, Focused Therapy London may additionally be required to report the relevant circumstances to the Clinic Owner and/or Focused Therapy London's Professional Association; and, additionally contact the NHS to request an Ambulance Service and/or the Police (as relevant) where the relevant circumstances are considered sufficiently serious enough that they are required to be notified to either organisation. Under either two of the above circumstances, as the Confirmed Appointment was attended, any part of the Full Appointment Cost that has not already been received by Focused Therapy London will have become an overdue amount, and unless Focused Therapy London chooses to waive any requirement for this now overdue amount to be paid, the Appointment Owner, where they did not attend the Confirmed Appointment will be notified of the very basic details of what occurred during the Confirmed Appointment, at the same time the overdue amount of the Full Appointment Cost is notified to the Appointment Owner and requested to be paid to Focused Therapy London.
 

Liability to any individual

Nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit or exclude Focused Therapy London's liability to any individual in respect of death or personal injury caused by Focused Therapy London's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
 

Limitation and exclusion of liability

Focused Therapy London, the Clinics and any of Focused Therapy London's related suppliers, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind loss or damage that may result to any individual, group, company or organisation (including without limitation, any direct or consequential loss or damages; income; business profits or turnover; data; business opportunities; contracts; goodwill or reputation; failure to make anticipated savings; or; any other pecuniary loss, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), breach of statutory duty, contract or otherwise) in connection with the Focused Therapy London's information and Content, Services or Website in any way or in connection with the viewing or access of; inability to view or access; or, which results from the use of the Website; any websites linked to the Website; or, the information or content on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect any individual, group, company or organisation's computer equipment; software; data or other property on account of their access to, use of, or browsing the Website or any other website; or, their downloading of any material from the Website or any websites linked to the Website.

Although Focused Therapy London seeks to enable the scheduled Attending Client of any Confirmed Appointment to achieve their desired outcome through treatment provided to them by Focused Therapy London, no outcome can be guaranteed. On this basis, Focused Therapy London offers no liability for any loss incurred, whether financial or otherwise, following the provision of treatment during any Confirmed Appointment, nor for any perceived failure in the Attending Client achieving their desired treatment outcome or goal.

Except as set out in these Terms of Service, all warranties, conditions and other Terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the any individual's agreement with Focused Therapy London. This standard term will survive the termination of any individual's agreement with Focused Therapy London.
 

Warranty

Focused Therapy London warrants that all currently available therapies, as detailed under the Therapies Website page, will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with Focused Therapy London's Professional Association standards; and, only on the basis that Focused Therapy London has current professional indemnity insurance in place to provide them.

Focused Therapy London additionally warrants, that any therapies provided during a Confirmed Appointment will focus on providing suitable treatment of musculoskeletal, and where relevant some neurological and neuromuscular, conditions; but, does not warrant to provide any form of medical diagnosis.

Focused Therapy London makes no warranty concerning the information and Content; the Services; or any products that may at any point become, available from Focused Therapy London, as detailed on either the Website or available in any other format directly from, or sent on the legitimate behalf of, Focused Therapy London.
 

Indemnity

You agree that you will indemnify Focused Therapy London against any and all loss or damage suffered, including any legal fees or costs, as a result of your misuse of any of the Services, including the Website; any libellous or slanderous claim made by you in relation to Focused Therapy London; and, any breach of the Standard Terms within these Terms of Service or any other Terms currently or previously available from Focused Therapy London which are deemed to have been automatically, or which have been directly agreed to, by you.
 

Intellectual Property

Focused Therapy London's information and Content, as detailed on either the Website; provided to you in any other format directly from, or on the legitimate behalf of, Focused Therapy London, and all modifications, enhancements and derivative works thereof, including all right, title and interest (and all intellectual proprietary rights therein) remain the sole and exclusive property of Focused Therapy London and/or any of Focused Therapy London's third party licensors, and include, but are not limited to, all of the following:

• all original information and Content generated by, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London; and
• the design, including colour schemes and image use, and underlying code of Website; and
• all Services and processes that differentiate Focused Therapy London from another business offering; and
• the Focused Therapy London™; Focused Therapy London; and, Focused Therapy Limited names; and
• all Focused Therapy London logos; and
• all of Focused Therapy London's copyright protected information and Content; and
• all text and image Content displayed on the Website, including without limitation all photographs and graphical images; and
• all text, image and design Content displayed on any hard copy materials including, but not limited to, any business related posters; flyers; leaflets; business cards; information sheets; or, any other promotional materials; and, provided on or within any electronic medium including, but not limited to, emails; text messages; WhatsApp messages; electronic documents; any attachments; any external website and/or social media platform hosting Focused Therapy London's information and Content, including without limitation all photographs and graphical images; and
• any design right; copyright; trademark; patent; or confidential information of which Focused Therapy London is the owner

Any reviews provided by Focused Therapy London's Clients, examples of which are shown on the Reviews page, but may also be displayed on any other pages of the Website, as well as on or within any electronic medium or hard copy materials available from, or on the behalf of, Focused Therapy London, remain the intellectual property of the relevant Client who kindly agreed to provided them for public viewing purposes.
 

Force Majeure

Focused Therapy London will not have any liability under; or, be deemed to be in breach of, the Terms of Service, for any delays or failures in the provision and/or performance of these Terms of Service; the Services; the delivery of the Website; provision of any Confirmed Appointment; provision of any response to any communication received in relation to the Service; or, provision of any information and Content in any electronic or hard copy format, which results due to the event of unusual and unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• any relevant declaration of war, disease epidemic or pandemic (not including the SARS-CoV-2 / Covid-19 pandemic), any severe weather condition (including heavy snow, extreme heatwave or flooding), a hurricane, an earthquake or other natural disaster events that fall under the legal term “act of God”; or
• any relevant unauthorised access, computer or Website malware or hack occurring; or
• any theft; or
• any relevant failure of mechanical equipment, electronic equipment or due to any structural safety issues; or
• any problems related to any communication lines or specific providers involved in the provision of email; landline; mobile phone; WhatsApp; internet; banking; webhosting; or, any similar based services, that Focused Therapy London uses to provide any of the Services at any time; or
• any labour problems, terrorism or threats of terrorism, fire or fire damage, civil disorder, strikes or major disruptions to transport systems which prevent or severely restrict Focused Therapy London from either reaching and/or being able to enter either one or more of the Clinics or where attempting to do so could reasonably be considered an inadvisable risk to personal safety; commercially impracticable; illegal; or, impossible; and
• any relevant governmental restrictions, laws or guidelines, which in relation to SARS-CoV-2 / Covid-19 pandemic result in any related country wide or local lockdown which prevents Focused Therapy London from being able to provide treatment at either one or more of the Clinics; or, which result in Focused Therapy London being prevented from providing any close contact Appointment for either a short term or extended period; and
• any other non listed relevant events, including both emergencies or non emergencies

Focused Therapy London will promptly notify in writing the scheduled Attending Client and/or Appointment Owner of any Confirmed Appointment or Requested Appointment which is currently, or can reasonably be expected may become, affected by the relevant one or more occurring force majeure event. Under any other circumstances any notification considered relevant to be provided to other users of the Services, in relation to any force majeure event, will either be provided in writing via the Website (where this option remains available); or, will alternatively be provided via direct reply to any communication received from an individual when they contact Focused Therapy London in relation to any of the Services which are currently, or can reasonably be expected may become, affected by the any one or more force majeure event.
 

Waiver

No failure to enforce, or delay in doing so, by Focused Therapy London in exercising any right, power, privilege or provision of the Standard Terms detailed within the Terms of Service will be considered a waiver of those rights, powers or privileges; nor will it impair the same; and, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise of the same or any other.

The rights and remedies provided within these Terms of Service are cumulative, and if any provision of the Standard Terms detailed within the Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in effect.

Where these Terms of Service in relation to the Services are updated, the most up to date version applies, and supersedes and replaces any prior version of the Standard Terms regarding these Services, except where notified otherwise for a temporary period only; as detailed within these Terms of Service.

Any postal communication must be sent to: Jacky Sayers, Data Controller, Focused Therapy London, London Natural Health Centre, 46 Theobalds Road, London, WC1X 8NW, United Kingdom. Where this occurs, an email must additionally sent to the above email address within a maximum of 24 hours of the time this postal communication was sent, so Focused Therapy London is made aware that this communication is due to be picked up from this Clinic; and, to ensure it is read and responded to in a timely manner.
 

Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms of Service; all of the Services; the Terms relating to all Policies, Special Offers, Appointment Arrangements and Special Arrangements; and, all dispute resolutions relating to Focused Therapy London are governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which the Parties submit.
