London Natural Health Centre ('LNHC') Clinic

LNHC Main Building

The LNHC's Main Building is situated directly opposite the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health building (easily identified by the very prominent 'RCPCH' logo that can be found above their front door). The LNHC Main Building can be found at the following address:

LNHC Main Building
46 Theobalds Road
Holborn
London
WC1X 8NW

Gaining Access to the LNHC Main Building

There is usually reception cover at the London Natural Health Centre Clinic until 5:30 or 6pm in the evening. Should the receptionist be unavailable to buzz you into this building for any reason when you ring on the doorbell, access to the Main Building can usually only be gained by sending a text message to Focused Therapy a maximum of five minutes in advance of your Appointment Start Time. Once your message is read I will reply to it as quickly as I am able to so you know I am aware you have arrived, and I will either come to the front door to let you in to the building in person or buzz you into the building from the reception area.

Where you are scheduled to start an Appointment after 6pm in the evening, I will only be available in reception to buzz you into the building from five minutes in advance of your scheduled Appointment Start Time. Should you arrive any earlier, please be aware I will likely still be busy saying goodbye to my previous Client, setting up the treatment room in advance of your Appointment or away from the treatment room on a scheduled break, so unless you have text me and I have advised by reply that I am able to let you in early, please do not attempt to gain access to the building any earlier than five minutes in advance of the time your Appointment is due to start.

Where no reception staff member is available to allow access to the building please follow the guidelines above, the buzz door entry system will not usually be answered by anyone else working from the Clinic, and ringing the doorbell repeatedly will likely disturb other therapists treating Clients in the treatment rooms directly next to the reception area, therefore please take this into consideration.

LNHC Secondary Building

The London Natural Health Centre also has therapy rooms in a separate building next door to the LNHC Main Building. The front door of the LNHC Secondary Building is situated two front doors along from the entrance to the LNHC Main Building and is shown just to the right side of the sandwich board in the following photograph. The LNHC Secondary Building can be found at the following address:

LNHC Secondary Building
42 Theobalds Road
Holborn
London
WC1X 8NW

On occasions your Appointment may be held in treatment rooms in the LNHC Secondary Building, or you may be able to arrange for your Appointment to be held in this building with sufficient advanced notice if climbing stairs may be an issue for you, as the secondary building only has three small steps in order to reach the treatment rooms.

To arrange an Appointment specifically to be held in the LNHC Secondary Building, Focused Therapy London will need to be made aware that climbing stairs will be an issue when the relevant Appointment Booking Request is made, but please be aware this will only be possible where this request is easily able to be accommodated by Focused Therapy London on the relevant date. Where this occurs, you will usually only be able to schedule in for either the first or last Appointment slot on the relevant day, unless I already have someone else scheduled for an Appointment in the same building either directly before or after your Requested Appointment.

Gaining Access to the LNHC Secondary Building

Should your Appointment be due to be held in the LNHC Secondary Building, this will be notified to you in advance of your Appointment.

Please note: if your Appointment is due to be held in the LNHC Secondary Building please only ring on the doorbell for the treatment room we will be using (as notified within the relevant Appointment Confirmation Email), or alternatively sending a text message to Focused Therapy London, a maximum of five minutes in advance of your Appointment Start Time.

If you arrive in the area early please be aware I will either likely still be in the main building, or I may still still be busy saying goodbye to my previous Client, setting up the treatment room in advance of your Appointment or away from the treatment room on a scheduled break, so unless you have text me and I have advised by reply that I am able to let you in early, please do not attempt to gain access to the Secondary Building any earlier than five minutes in advance of the time your Appointment is due to start.

Please be aware there are no reception staff available to allow access to the Secondary Building, so please follow the guidelines above. Each treatment room in this building has its own individual doorbell. Ringing the relevant treatment room doorbell early, or pressing any other doorbell for this building, will likely either end with no response or may disturb other therapists treating their clients in this building of the Clinic or unrelated businesses or residents located in the same building, therefore please take this into consideration.

LNHC Clinic Facilities

Each of these Clinic buildings has a bathroom that is available to be used by Clients. Should the bathroom in the Secondary Building be out of order, Clients are able to gain access to the bathrooms in the Main Building when the receptionist is available to buzz them into the building, but please note these are located on the two upper floors.

LNHC Main Building
There is a small reception area in this building which has seating, where Clients are able to wait in advance of their Appointment or sit for a brief while after it is finished. At certain times of the day this area can become quite busy, therefore this seating area is only for use by those who are themselves attending an Appointment before 6pm, rather than anyone waiting for them during one. Only those attending an Appointment are permitted to enter this building after 6pm in the evening.

Access to freshly filtered water is usually available in the reception area of this building.

This building is only accessible by stairs, if this is an issue at all please see below note as the treatment rooms are only located on the first, second and third floors of the building and I usually use one on the second floor.

LNHC Secondary Building
There is only a two seat bench directly outside the treatment rooms available in this building, where Clients are able to sit for a brief while after their Appointment is finished should these not already be in use. It is not recommended to rely on use of this seating area, and instead it is recommended that should you need to wait for a short while in advance of attending an Appointment, or wish to sit for a while after one, you instead do so at a local coffee shop or cafe in the surrounding area. At certain times of the day this area can become quite busy, therefore this seating area is only for use by those who are themselves attending an Appointment before 6pm, rather than anyone waiting for them during one. Only those attending an Appointment are permitted to enter this building after 6pm in the evening.

There is no access to drinking water in this seating area, and non can be guaranteed to be able to be provided in the treatment rooms, so please ensure to bring your own drinking water with you to your Appointment.

Please note: Should climbing stairs be any issue for you, or where relevant your Attendee, please send Focused Therapy London a Query in advance of scheduling a Confirmed Appointment at the LNHC Clinic or mention this when making the Appointment Booking Request. Advanced notification that stair climbing is an issue will allow Focused Therapy London to look into the possibility of arrange the Appointment in the LNHC Secondary Building, which has only about five steps required to gain access to the treatments rooms located in this building, or alternatively on a Tuesday at the North London Clinic instead as on this day Focused Therapy London works on the ground floor of a wheel chair accessible building.

Additionally, the Clinic reception staff do not get involved in any providing any information in relation to Focused Therapy London's Appointment Availability, Appointment bookings or amendments, or payments for Requested or Confirmed Appointments on behalf of Focused Therapy London, so please only speak to Focused Therapy London direct in relation to all such matters.
